Join the CrimeShadows News Predator Smack Down!

Chris Yarbrough’s Crime Shadows News announced their Predator Smackdown campaign aimed at getting registered sex offenders off social networks like MySpace and Facebook on the 6th of this month:

CrimeShadows News will be actively hunting down registered sex offenders who are using social networking sites. Places like MySpace, Facebook, Wayn, Multiply, Friendster, and the like have been the hunting grounds of sex offenders. Now, they will be our hunting ground as we track them down and work to get their accounts deleted and their online activity halted. We will contact law enforcement in cases where sex offenders have been prohibited by law from Internet use.

You can help, too. Anywhere you see a known, registered sex offender on a social networking site, contact the site and let them know. If you need help, you can contact CrimeShadows News using the contact form at the top of this page. Please provide the link to the profile, the name of the offender, and the county and state where he/she is registered. We’ll be glad see that they are removed and attention is brought to their attempts to socialize with those they might harm.

Chris has already collected his first scalp from Waylon Dale Ball who he caught using MySpace even though he’s a level 3 sex offender. That profile has now been deleted.

Baby Rapist Loses Out on “Low I.Q.” Defense

Plenty of people with various levels of retardation have manged not to rape their own 8-day-old daughters but that didn’t stop supporters of filthy degenerate Reginald Davis from spending a year and a half claiming his I.Q score of 59 makes him de facto innocent of being a violent pervert. Of course, low I.Q. scores can be attributed to drug use, illiteracy and any number of factors that have nothing to do with people actually being mentally disabled but that’s a discussion for another day. Davis was competent enough to knock up some 14-year-old and he was competent enough to wait for said 14-year-old to go take a shower so he could rape the child. Ergo, he’s competent enough to go to jail and hopefully get a healthy dose of prison justice.

The Arkansas court system agrees with me:

(Forrest City, AR 10/08/09) Doctors have determined that a mentally challenged teenager is fit to stand trial for raping his eight day-old daughter.

Reginald Davis was 18 years old when police say he raped and beat his infant daughter in the mother’s Forrest City, Arkansas home. The newborn was rushed to the hospital September 1, 2008 after Davis visited the child and her mother. Doctors said the newborn had vaginal bleeding and a fractured skull. Police arrested Davis after the child’s 15 year-old mother said she took a shower and left Davis alone with his newborn.

In a forensic report submitted to the court, doctors say he understands right from wrong. Under questioning, Davis told investigators different stories, but “finally admitted that he caused the injuries to his child”. He claimed he “accidentally penetrated the baby” and “accidentally dropped” her. At the time, Davis’ mother said her son was set up and that it’s not in his nature to hurt a child.

“Whatever happened over there, I hope they just come out with the truth and tell it because all I know when I talked to him he said something about a baby and he didn’t do that,” said Jacqueline Smith.

According to the forensic report, Davis grew up in a violent home. Doctors say with an IQ of 59, the Special Ed student has “mild mental retardation”. Juvenile courts determined him delinquent and put him on probation for robbery. Experts say with his history, Davis may not have been prepared to care for a child.

Ya think? Let’s stop for a moment and marvel at the world’s greatest mother whose “mentally challenged” son had already been picked up for robbery and knocked up a 14-year-old by the time he was 18. Her kid is the only one in the room with a baby that’s clearlybeen sexually assaulted and her theory is that it was all an elaborate set up.

“Bloods” Gun Down Pot Smoking High School Drop Out … in Bangor, Maine?

I knew the gangs were spreading to all the major cities but the gang related murder of stoner/skater John “Bobby” Surles surprised me:

Zachary Carr, 18, of Bangor was charged with Surles’ murder on Friday afternoon after turning himself in to police.

Police said a fight involved six to 12 teenagers or young adults in the street near Carr’s home on Cumberland.

“During the confrontation, they had one boy on the ground with a gun pointed at him,” Mary Ann Suddy said. “Someone said, ‘There’s Bobby’ and [the shooter] turned and pointed the gun at John and shot him.”

As the gunman turned his attention and weapon toward Surles, according to Mary Ann Suddy’s account, Surles yelled at his friend on the ground — “Run Will run” — before the gun went off.

The Suddys said they believe a local gang is behind their son’s death.

“There is a gang in Bangor that calls themselves ‘The Bloods,’” Allen Suddy said.

Police also have heard that a local gang is involved, police Sgt. Paul Edwards said on Friday. He added that “we cannot verify any ‘gang’ activity.”

But Mary Ann Suddy said “The Bloods” is a group of young people who hang together wearing red bandanas and “who carry guns.”

“This was a planned thing,” she said concerning Wednesday’s shooting. Someone from the gang “called and told him to meet them somewhere.”

Their son was afraid of the gang, she said, but he wouldn’t back away from a fight.

Sounds like there’s more than one gang in Bangor. Surles was a high school drop out who posted pics of himself getting high on MySpace, other kids looked to for protection and was known as a tough guy. That makes it sound like Surles ran a crew who were taking up territory the “Bloods” wanted. But these aren’t your fathers Bloods apparently. He’s White.

The Bloods are a Blacks only gang as far as I know. On the other hand Bloods have no formal national organization and are known to work with other gangs in the drug trade when convenient. White Bloods in Maine may simply be a regional anomaly caused by local environment. There may simply not be enough Blacks in Maine to support a gang having a Blacks only policy.

There are White “folk nation” gangs that are affiliated with the Crips but the Blood sets are by and large racist organizations (and I’m speaking from experience here having grown up in East Orange which is Blood territory). It could be that this is a bunch of thugs who can call themselves Bloods because they won’t run in to any legit sets in Maine. Though that seems unlikely since their have been suspected Blood members arrested just recently in the area.

Is it possible The Bloods have opened up membership to all races? Maybe. But what’s all too apparent is that Bangor has a gang problem and it doesn’t matter if it is connected to the national gang scene or not. At least it doesn’t to the family of Bobby Surles.

Pro-Palestine Activists Hack Books Are Wings Charity Website

Book are Wings is a non-profit, volunteer run organization established in 2001 to promote literacy by donating books to libraries and poor families. They are not a political organization and have no ties to “Zionism” or any other perceived enemy of Islam. Yet for the last few days the have been shut down by pro-Palestine “hackers” who have hijacked their page for no other reason than the maliciousness of militant Islam.

The hacker involved is CWKomando. I suspect this is a practice run to see if they can exploit security on websites with similar architecture, but the fact that they picked a charity that gives books to poor children illustrates the misanthropy and nihilism of Islamism. Being a volunteer run group Books with Wings has no tech support staff capable of handling the situation quickly so if anyone wants to offer them help let me know.

And nice work showing people what Islam thinks of non-Muslims doing good deeds Palestine activists. Way to get people on your side.

Vermont Gives Canadian Degenerate Sebastien D. Boucher Three Years for Child Porn, Fretted Over his “Constitutional Rights”

That kind of tough sentencing will definitely keep him from downloading more child rape videos and bringing them into America. Thanks for dispensing justice Vermont:

BURLINGTON, Vt. – A child pornography suspect who initially refused to give up his computer password so police could search his laptop was sentenced Friday to three years in prison and deported.

Sebastien D. Boucher, 33, was also ordered to submit to five years of supervised release for his conviction on one count of possession of child pornography transported in interstate or foreign commerce.

Entering the United States from Canada in 2006, Boucher — a Canadian citizen with U.S. residency — was stopped Dec. 17, 2006, at the Derby Line, Vt., checkpoint and asked to show his laptop to an agent.

He waived his Miranda rights and told agents he downloads pornography from news groups and that he sometimes unknowingly acquires images that contain child pornography. But he said he deletes the images when he realizes it.

The border agent saw files “Two year old being raped during diaper change” and “pre teen bondage,” and the computer was seized. But when an when an investigator later tried to access a particular drive, he couldn’t because of password-protected encryption software.

But here’s where it gets even more maddening:

A grand jury subpoenaed Boucher to reveal the password, but a magistrate later said he didn’t have to, since it would have the effect of giving prosecutors the key to get evidence against him.

On Sept. 25, Boucher pleaded guilty and agreed to surrender the password, on condition that what investigators found couldn’t be used against him at sentencing.

According to U.S. Attorney Tristram Coffin, Boucher had a constitutional right not to surrender the password.

Prosecutors already had enough evidence to convict Boucher, but they wanted to examine the contents of the computer’s “Z drive” to see if other crimes had been committed, according to Coffin.

Under the plea, if the government found evidence that he’d produced child pornography, that evidence could be used against him.

So Canadians have the same Constitutional rights as Americans? Then why aren’t we allowing them to buy firearms here as guaranteed by the Second Amendment? It’s interesting how lefties always think foreign nationals have “Constitutional rights” when it would mean protecting a pervert or Al-Qaeda operative but not Canadians or Mexicans who want to protect their family or go hunting. Weird.

But there was a happy ending here. Boucher rolled on some other people and finally gave up the password. Guess what was on his laptop:

When Boucher finally gave up the password Oct. 19, investigators found 2,000 still images and 118 video files depicting prepubescent children being sexually assaulted by adults, according to Michael Touchette, a computer forensics analyst for the Vermont Department of Corrections who testified Friday at the sentencing.

Unfortunately they couldn’t find evidence of who produced the porn or if even that particular computer was involved. So Boucher gets out on good behavior within a year and returns to Canada to partake in more child pornography. But we can rest easy knowing the Constitutional rights afforded Americans extend to Canadians as long as they aren’t buying a gun.
