Its 2010 and this world has gone to #*!%… you can not be sure those boys had nothing to do with gangs don’t get me wrong I’m not saying that what happened was right but I’m sure they don’t want people to know if they really were . . But when you live in the city and mess with the gangs that’s what happens unfortunatly . You know where you live and have to be careful and if you don’t like the area or gangs then you should look into moving . My heart and prayers go out to those boys and there families. God bless.

Good luck with trying to get the government to do that. The Obama administration regards water boarding as a form of torture and won’t even use it on terrorists. If they won’t even use it on terrorists, why would they be willing to use it on common street thugs?
