I really wish that people would quit making excuses for these filthy degenerates and call them what they are. Even more, I wish that the legal system would get on with taking care of them more appropriately when they’re caught. Had this guy been kept locked away, or better yet, gotten the death penalty for his previous crime, this story would never even have happened and that woman would have grown up with her family where she belonged.

And before any of the bleeding hearts out there try to claim a sexual assault is no reason for the death penalty, I think this story more than proves otherwise. She was 11 years old when he took her, 14 when the rapes she endured resulted in the birth of her first child. And those two little girls she gave birth to while held captive very likely suffered abuse at the hands of the monster who fathered them. And these three girls, along with his victim(s) from his previous conviction(s), were most likely not his only victims.

Perverts existed prior to porn and they would exist in the absence of porn. Garrido can not be redeemed, he was not pushed into evil he embraced it. To put the responsibility for his actions on external influences is an attack on the ability of all men and women to choose to do right.

Phillip Garrido is a predator, a foul narcissist who knows right from wrong and willfully chose the latter. He wasn’t looking to act out some pornographic fantasy; he sought a vulnerable child he could hold captive and victimize over and over with little chance of consequences.

If you think that an adult who looks at adult consensual material (meaning the stuff that doesn’t depict or glorify abuse or rape, and doesn’t involve minors) is going to cause them to become child predators, you seriously need to yoink your head out of your ass. If they don’t have any of these issues to begin with, viewing porn isn’t going to create them out of thin air. I have no interest in porn at all (in fact, I find it to be a turn-off), and even I know this.

We definitely need to bring back the death penalty nationwide and use it for the likes of these people.
