Pagans Shocked to Discover Wicca a Manson-esque Hippy Sex Cult

Well, maybe not every “branch” of Wicca but for the most part the bush leagues of occultism are attractive mostly to the damaged and degenerate nowadays. I often blame the entrance of radical “feminists” like Starhawk for turning Wicca into little more than a progressive dominated live action role playing game where people who claim they’re Witches balk at actually practicing Witchcraft, which is more than some teen girls sitting in a park crying together while holding hands, but the truth is Wicca was always a bit of a fraud anyway. Every ten years or so a group of Pagans discover this, publicize their findings and are promptly excommunicated from the Wiccan community.

Wicca today little resembles the the Witchcraft boom which began in the 50s and lasted into the early 80s. Then authors like Leo Martello and Paul Huson offered alternatives to the Gardnerian tradition of Wicca which was largely a hodgepodge of turn of the century occultism built upon ideas Gardner stole from C.G. Leland’s Aradia and Crowley’s understanding of “magick.” Now Wiccans are little more than a pep squad for leftism, using the cover of their supposed religion to push forward DNC talking points. Wicca is less a religion and more an immature extension of college Women Studies programs and it shows in the average Wiccan’s lack of knowledge of both Witchcraft and the world at large.

And thus when confronted with reality, and having no experience in dealing with larger truths the Wiccan attacks the messenger. Non-Wiiccans will be unfamiliar with them but somewhere off on the fringe of early Witchcraft, sneered at by even Gerald Gardner, were Gavin and Yvonne Frost who started the School of Wicca and are the authors of the largely useless The Witch’s Bible.

The Witch’s Bible contains a ritual wherein children are molested.

SMP at The Ultimate Evil and Dodiafae at Pagans Againse Child Abuse both took note of this and wondered why the Frosts are still often honored guests at many pagan gatherings. They were promptly denounced even after rallying much support to their side.

They were not the first people to denounce the pedophilic Frosts and their cult. Magickal Childe owner Herman Slater once printed a newsletter where readers were told to buy the Frosts’ book, read it, then burn it. He denounced them as charlatans and scum. The Frosts promptly cursed him for it, though Herman seemed none the worse for wear when relating the story to Hans Holtzer. What should surprise most people is that then, as now, many of the “leaders” of the pagan community came to the aid of the two degenerates who have for thirty years refused to remove a passage from their book wherein practitioners of Frost-style Wicca are told to use dildos to deflower their own daughters, where children are gang raped and sex between adults and children is encouraged.

To be sure the Frosts may not represent most Wiccans, but the defense of them by those upon whom Wiccans place the mantle of leadership does expose modern Wicca for what it is and how far it strayed from its roots in the occult movement.

I admit to being something of an anachronism in my armchair occultism. I am a researcher into the odd, a lover of the esoteric and no doubt deeply influenced by many viewings of The Devil Rides Out in my childhood. I have never adopted the faddish notion among new agers that morality is subjective, nor do I think all religions and perspectives are equally valid. This puts me on the outs with 99% of Wiccans.

That’s because the free wheeling attitude toward anything and everything in Wicca is based on modern Wicca’s devolution from reconstructionist religion to hippy sex cult. Wicca is no longer about finding truth, but about ensuring abortion on demand, undermining Judeo-Christian morality and destroying Western Civilization from within. It’s a radical book club, a religion that doesn’t do the one the one thing all others do and that’s provide moral guidance and clarity for adherents.

Many Wiccans and pagans, some famous like Issac Bonewits and Oberon Zell, defend the Frosts perhaps because to criticize them means taking a moral stand that is unpopular among the fringe that Wicca is now most often addressing. There are responsibilities to being an adult, grown ups should be expected to not indulge in their every sexual whim. In a religion where older men and women frequently are in contact with teens and young adults this should resonate with them, and for many it does. But for too many it doesn’t.

Until cretin like the Frosts are able to be criticized for promoting child exploitation, without the critics being subjected to Squeaky Fromm like rantings by Wiccans who think bad mouthing the frosts is a “betraya,l” Wicca will remain a pretension not a religion. Wicca will stay the Manson flavored cult of people who have no sexual boundaries and can’t be trusted with children in the minds of the public, and that’s how it should be. Wiccans judged the Catholic Church and the FLDS harshly when their abuses, covered up for years in many cases, came to light and they should be ready to be judged just as harshly when more and more non-pagans get wind of this outrage.

DailyKos Suddenly Full of Jesus Freaks

Hot Air pointed this one out, a simple little diary that claims “Jesus was a Community Organizer” that has almost 400 positive comments. Often my Wiccan compatriots and fellow Pagans will decry the “wingnut” obsession with politicizing Jesus but they’re awfully silent now.

Aside from a complete oversimplification of what Christians believe the role of Jesus Christ in the world was this “Jesus was a community organizer” potential meme illustrates something about the left in this country that we who follow our own paths need to keep in mind. Leftism is a new religion and like any new religion it is happy to adopt bits and pieces of other religions and reinterpret them. This is what has happened to Wicca, which all Wiccans will admit is completely different than Gardner’s vision of the religion.

Wiccans and other Pagans have seemed to have found a home, for now, in the Democrat party. But when Jesus becomes more in vogue with the Dem on the street, or Islam, just where will these pagans find themselves in the hierarchy of the party?

It’s time to rethink lock step following of parties and decide what party, if any, is better for pagans. Me I like my Jesus freaks to support low taxes and my right to own a gun. At least then I don’t have to worry about how I get treated or being dependent on them. What about you?

Red Alerts Kills Christians!

Were I on R.J. Eskow’s radar I’m sure I would have made his list of people who really killed the Unitarians which was compiled mostly of people he either disagreed with or disliked.

It’s a dishonest and wicked ploy to score cheap political points on the backs of murdered people. Wicked because it uses the deaths of his supposed fellow travelers to attack people who have little to do with the situation, dishonest because it ignores the radical atheism of Jim Adkisson, the murderer in question:

Karen Massey, who lived two houses from Adkisson’s home, told the Knoxville News Sentinel of a lengthy conversation she had with Adkisson a couple years ago after she told him her daughter had just graduated from Johnson Bible College. She said she ended up having to explain to him that she was a Christian.

“He almost turned angry,” she told the newspaper. “He seemed to get angry at that. He said that everything in the Bible contradicts itself if you read it.”

Massey said Adkisson talked frequently about his parents, who “made him go to church all his life … He acted like he was forced to do that.”

In those few paragraphs Adkisson sounds more like the gals from Pandagon then the random list of people whose main crime is in some way gaining the animosity R.J. Eskow:

Who really killed those Unitarians? Was it the preachers who spread hatred and intolerance? The politicians who court and flatter them instead of condemning their hate speech? The media machine that attacks liberals, calls them “traitors” and suggests you speak to them “with a baseball bat”? The economic system that batters people like Jim Adkisson until they snap, then tells them their real enemies are gays and liberals and secular humanists?

If you ask me, it was all of the above.

You killed them, Pat Robertson. You killed them, Pastor Hagee. You killed them, Ann Coulter. You killed them, Dick Morris and Sean Hannity and the rest of you at Fox News.

Conspicuously absent from Eskow’s list is Richard Dawkins or the cottage industry of anti-religiosity that teaches people to hate the religious. But those people are of the left, jut as the Unitarian Universalists so they cannot possibly be responsible.

It is here that, were this crime not so horrible, I’d be half tempted to compile a list of people liberal Christians killed. It would be here that I’d put forward that Liberalism is the effeminate, secularized bastardization of true religion and Liberal Christianity is little more than a half-hearted attempt to convince the world that Liberals care as much about the spiritual world as they do about how much money I happen to have in my pocket or if my donut has trans-fats.

Perhaps it would be inappropriate at a time like this to say that liberal Christianity is a disease eating away Western Civilization. The pompous desire “fix” criminals rather than punish them is simply the liberal version of turn the other cheek. The moral weakness liberal Christianity puts forward as so desirable is a rank perversion of the Christian doctrine of humility.

It is this nonsense and much more that leads to death after death, outrage after outrage. Eskow claims there is a long list of people who were responsible for the tragedy beside the shooter, but what about the long list of victims claimed by the ethical bankruptcy spread by liberal Christians and their “anything goes’ morality.

R.J. Eskow and his ilk are responsible for the Tate-Lablaca murders, the Lunsford murder, and countless atrocities by giving license to degenerates to run wild in our streets. Liberal Christianity preaches weakness and effeminacy which encourages Islamic Imperialism, and has led to the deaths of millions as Muslim fundamentalists spread their bleak vision of hell on earth unchallenged.

Perhaps it’d be inappropriate to recommend people like R.J. Eskow read Alan de Benoist’s On being Pagan and see how his own liberal Christian views end up being a metaphorical “Kick me” sign on his back. But I think were I to say all that it wouldn’t approach the level of bad taste and childishness of Eskow’s attempt to shift the blame for Adkisson’s murder spree from the shoulders of a man who hated not only gays and liberals but also Christians in generals to those same Christians who could have just as easily been the victims.

And of course the rest of us right wingers who Eskow secretly wishes were the real victims.

Craven Florida Commissioner Gets Police Protection After Finding “Voodoo Doll”

zenaida_denizac____dsc_8165.jpg

Or a Poppet as those in the trade would say.

Zenaida Denizac is the City Commissioner for the 1st District in the city of Deltona. She received a “Voodoo doll” in the mail and began embarrassing Republicans by turning what may be a prank but is at worst petty sorcery into a police matter.

From Local6.com:

DELTONA, Fla. — A menacing voodoo doll with an official’s face attached and pins stuck in its body has prompted extra sheriff’s protection for city commissioners, Local 6 has learned.

A photo of Denizac’s face was taped to the doll’s head and several pins were stuck in its body.

Since the discovery, the sheriff’s office has increased its presence outside of Denizac’s home and those of other commissioners over the weekend.

Volusia County deputies said they are trying to ensure the safety of Deltona city commissioners.

A commissioner learned of the added security when he found a deputy looking in his recycle bin, Local 6 reported.

“I feel totally violated. Somebody came into my property,” Denizac said during an earlier interview. “For me it’s very difficult.”

Bah! If I called the police every time some Bruja splashed a little rooster’s blood on my front door, or some obese crossed eyed Wiccan threatened to “turn back my negativity” on me they’d never have the time to investigate real crimes.

Butch up, head to the local botanica and let the police get back to handling real crimes. The whole point of resorting to black magick is so you don’t have to physically assault anyone. Chances are that the “witch” who sent that dime store premade poppet to you can’t conjure themselves out of their parents’ basement much less hurt you, so buck up and stop making the party look bad.

Never Again the Burning Times? The Rank Hypocrisy of Starhawk and the Neo-Pagan Community

Never Again the Burning Times is both the title of an overly credulous academic study of American Neo-Paganism and a rallying cry for the Neo-Pagan community to fight against the “oppression” of our religion. In many circles it is an incessant and largely reactionary mantra to anything that seems too “conservative” or is perceived as an attack by “them” (Christians, Republicans etc) on the Pagan community.

It is also meaningless. A trite slogan the downwardly mobile middle class Whites who populate the Neo-Pagan community toss out whenever social services removes one of the children from a drug addicted Wiccan “Priestess” or someone feels like shouting something different at a anti-abortion protester. As I’ve written previously, the best description of the modern Wiccan comes from the book Urban Voodoo by S. Jason Black and the recently passed away Christopher Hyatt:

For example, we have had many experiences with the Wicca community in southern California. These groups were invariably dominated by extremely obese, loud women – Israel Regardie used to call them “tent women” – whose goal at any gathering seemed to be to push people around. This was usually accompanied by the sort of verbal moralizing (”that’s black magic” or “he’s incurring bad karma”) that many of us can remember from Sunday school. These people claim to be nature mystics, but the clinical obesity, poor hygiene, chain smoking and chronic bickering tell a very different story. Jason was once shown a particularly pompous and moralizing article in a “Neo-Pagan” magazine and in annoyance, he asked (about the author), “Does she weigh four hundred pounds?” His friend replied in some indignation that he knew her and she was quite thin. Looking at him in the eye Jason asked, “What’s wrong with her?” After a moment’s silence: “Well, she’s kind of cross-eyed and has a neurological disorder.”

It is not our intention to be cruel here, merely to point out some unpleasant truths about the “New Age” or any other movement.

In other words, Wicca as remade by Starhawk and her ilk is nothing more than a book club for losers. It is the bastard offspring of doctrinaire academic feminism and half baked radical environmentalism that serves as a platform for con artists like Starhawk, Silver Ravenwolf and Fiona Horne to sell books to gullible teenagers. And Never Again the Burning Times?

The Burning Time is here. Saudi Arabia is about to execute a woman for witchcraft. The case is causing something of a stir but it isn’t the first time. It is part of the penal code of that backward country. They arrest and kill people, mostly women, who they think are witches. They do it not because Saudi Arabia is unusual, but because Islam prescribes death for witches.

Where is Starhawk’s condemnation of this modern day Salem? What if this poor woman who clearly isn’t a witch was, for the sake of argument, practicing some form of sorcery? Shouldn’t Starhawk, or Fiona Horne or the thousands of other Wiccans and Neo-Pagans rise to their fellow practitioner’s defense?

One would think, but they remain silent. Like “feminists” in the face of Islamic abuse of women, the mainstream neo-Pagan community prefers silent acquiescence to Islamic Imperialism to standing up for what’s right. Islam is doing everything many of these self styled witches claim the American right, evangelical Christians and conservatives are doing. Islam is attacking the very foundation of western civilization, including our freedom of religion and the Neo-Pagan community does nothing.

And Starhawk supports the very organizations that are doing it. Or I should say the political group Starhawk’s affiliated with, Code Pink, supports it. Code Pink ally Cindy Sheehan is right now in Egypt protesting in support of The Muslim Brotherhood. The Brotherhood is, along with our “allies” the Saudis, the main exporter of the violent Wahhabist school of Islam that preaches among other things burning witches and generally making war on pagans.

So it would seem that Starhawk at least, who lends her name to Code Pink to give them some additional undeserved credibility, has an opportunity to show herself a real free thinker and criticize the Saudis and Cindy Sheehan’s work in helping a group whose main goal is to destroy her and her way of life.

But will she? Of course not. Starhawk doesn’t care if one day Islam destroys Wicca, because she herself doesn’t even really believe in it. She’s a charlatan, a grifter and a fraud who will gladly don a burqa as long as the money she earns from her professional radicalism keeps rolling in.

There are a very rare few in the occult community willing to break ranks with the left leaning sub-cultures that intersect with it to criticize Islam, and not one of them is a Wiccan. It is evidence of the rank hypocrisy of the debased, watered down “religion” that picks the bones of The Old Religion to sate its followers’ desire for semi-exotic role play. The chief hypocrite of this tribe of Ren Festers is Starhawk, who continues to support a group sympathetic to the goals of people who will murder her followers if given the chance.

Wake up Wiccans. Time to decide if you’re going to be a pagan, and thus an enemy of Islam, or just another chump with a childish book collection.
