Cartels Disrupting Mexican Government Services

So much for the whole “drug war” narrative, the Cartel warlord’s insurgency is about more than selling pot. They literally control whether or not Mexico can send civil servants in areas. Will legalizing pot make them give up this kind of power?

With killings and disappearances to assert their authority, Mexico’s drug cartels are beginning to interfere with everyday government activities in pockets of the country, keeping workers off their turf and interrupting some of the most basic services.

Not only do they maintain checkpoints and kill police or mayors to control territory, they now try to keep everyone from midlevel officials to delivery truck drivers and meter readers out of rural areas they use to transport drugs, stash weapons and kidnap victims, and hide from authorities. In the process, they are blocking deliveries of gasoline, pension checks, farm aid and other services to Mexicans.

Cartels also rob or extort people receiving government checks, as organized crime branches out from drug running into other illegal businesses.

These interruptions have even affected the U.S., as agricultural inspections at the border have slowed. The recent search for the body of a missing American tourist on a border lake was suspended under threats of drug-cartel violence and the assassination of the police commander in charge of the search.

“Everything’s stopped,” said Maria Luz Hopkins, a 69-year-old retiree in Tubutama, south of the Arizona border city of Nogales. “There’s no construction. Nobody is working the fields because they don’t have gasoline or diesel. The people that used to bring gasoline, they don’t come. How can people work?”

Hopkins complained to officials in the Sonora state capitol, Hermosillo, when the government stopped delivering pension checks. She said they came last month in a convoy of about 20 heavily armed trucks after missing a bimonthly payment over the summer.

That the cartel can effect America without coming in our territory should worry everyone. This is the new reality, non-state warlords can challenge two different countries with impunity

45 Members of La Familia Michoacana Busted in Atlanta

45 members of one of Mexico’s most violent cartels means that any hope of keeping these gangs out of America and limiting their influence is gone. Within the decade LFM will either have pushed out rival gangs or will be involved in a brutal turf war with Black gangs and any other gang that refuses to knuckle under to LFM control.

Atlanta, Georgia (CNN) — Federal agents arrested 45 people in Georgia believed to be members of a top Mexican drug cartel and confiscated nearly $2.4 million in cash, authorities said Thursday.

The arrests were made by members of the federal Drug Enforcement Administration, the Clayton County District Attorney’s Office and other law enforcement agencies, the DEA said. The investigation, called Operation Choke Hold, started in May 2009.

The suspects are believed to be connected with La Familia Michoacana, which “was responsible for the importation of bulk quantities of cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine, and marijuana into the metro Atlanta area,” the DEA said.

In addition to distributing narcotics in metro Atlanta, the drug-trafficking organization also shipped large quantities to Florida, Alabama, Indiana, Illinois and North Carolina, the DEA said.

During the arrests, the DEA said in a release, authorities seized 46 pounds of methamphetamine, a clandestine methamphetamine laboratory, nearly 95 pounds (43 kilograms) of cocaine, 4,120 pounds of marijuana, 20 firearms and $2.349 million.

It used to be that 1%er gangs ran the meth in the south but no more. The Hell’s Angels have a alliance with Eme, or the Mexican Mafia so depending on Eme’s standing with LFM the Angels may be getting pushed out of some of their areas, along with any other biker gangs rolling in six states LFM has set up in.

This might explain the influx of Hell’s Angels into South Carolina along with an influx of Blood, Folk Nation and other gangs that had strongholds in Georgia and North Carolina.

Massive Voter Fraud Being Covered Up in Yuma , Arizona

Massive corruption is one of the indicators that a society is collapsing. From AZGOP:

Ballots being mailed illegally, forged ballot requests, felons and illegals registering to vote and pressure on county employees by ACORN like groups. Chicago? Nope. Yuma, Arizona.

The Arizona Republican Party has uncovered direct evidence that Mi Familia Vota, Border Action, and Faith.Hope.Vote! who have direct ties to SEIU are attempting to influence the elections in Yuma County through fraudulent means. In the last 48 hours before the Permanent Early Voter List (PEVL) registration deadline of Friday, October 22nd, these organizations submitted 1,328 PEVL requests and then pressured the Yuma Recorder’s Office to process them by Monday.

In reviewing all PEVL requests made through what appears to be canvassing efforts by Mi Familia Vota and submitted on Friday, October 22nd, 113 of the 615 PEVL requests processed and mailed early ballots appear to be forged. Investigations revealed that contrary to state election regulations, an untold number of PEVL requests were not signature verified against Motor Vehicle Records, and investigators found concrete instances of forgery among the processed PEVL requests.

The following findings have been made thus far:

8,000 new PEVL requests have been processed this year which may have been forged.

10,052 registered voters were on the PEVL as of Wednesday, October 20.

1,536 requests to be added to the PEVL were received by the Yuma Recorder on Thursday the 21st and Friday the 22nd.

376 of the 1536 requests (24%) were rejected for reasons ranging from requests from felons, illegal aliens, and those not registered to vote to incomplete forms and duplicate requests.

113 of a sampling of 615 PEVL requests (18%) by Mi Familia Vota appear to be forged, yet were sent early ballots.

1160 voters were added to the PEVL over the weekend and mailed ballots on Monday, October 26th. An untold number of which were not signature verified and may have been forged requests.

Mi Familia Vota and Border Action both used the State Seal of Arizona on their PEVL forms without obtaining permission from the State as required under Arizona law.

The groups involved are openly Communist and Mi Familia Vota has been caught turning in fraudulent voter registrations in Colorado. American Marxists see power slipping through their hands and are pulling out all the stops. Expect violence if Republicans make strong gains.
