Authorities don’t know if she’s was caught before being able to taint any food so if you’re in Florida be careful what you give your child.

TAMARAC, Fla. (WSVN) — A Broward County judge denied bond to a woman spotted by a Publix shopper pouring an unspecified black liquid into jars of baby food inside the grocery store on the evening of Feb. 12.

According to the Broward Sheriff’s Office, the witness viewed 50-year-old Shirley W. Ybarra using a plastic syringe to transfer the unknown dye from a Victoria’s Secret body splash container to an Earth’s Best banana food jar inside the grocery chain’s 4121 West Commercial Blvd. location.

When store employees confronted her, the suspect told them she had been mixing food for her son during the 15-minute event. While being questioned, Ybarra allegedly urinated on herself, prompting her to require a visit to the bathroom in order to clean herself up. Once in the lavatory, Ybarra allegedly placed a pair of rubber gloves in the trash and flushed Pine Glo disinfectant down the toilet.

The suspect’s shopping cart held baby juice containers, several tampered jars of Earth’s Best banana baby food, latex gloves, a baby syringe and paper towels.

Store officials confiscated all of the grocery products that were in the suspect’s possession and checked its other area supermarkets to determine whether or not Ybarra had visited them.

BSO Detectives sent samples of the ammonia-scented liquid to the Food and Drug Administration’s labs in Cincinnati for testing and identification, which is expected to be completed in two to three weeks.

Ybarra  is on probation for stabbing her boyfriend in the legs in 2007 and also has a battery charge on her from 2005. Her only child is 21 so obviously she wasn’t looking to poison her own child. Her family claims she’s bi-polar and she’s been institutionalized by the state while awaiting trail.

A video depicting what authorities say is a father and daughter having sexual intercourse in front of a child believed to be their son has led to additional charges against the pair, court documents show.

Alton Everett Smith, 46, and his daughter Kristilyn Smith, 26, who according to court records has a tattoo on one of her buttocks that reads “Daddy’s Girl,” were already facing incest and other charges in Flagler County. On Monday, Holly Hill police added another charge of incest against each one. Holly Hill police also charged each one with lewd and lascivious exhibition in the presence of a minor under 16.

That minor is believed to be the son of Alton and Kristilyn Smith, officials said.

The case started in December with a Palm Coast prostitution investigation, which led investigators to what they said was a cache of child porn and the disturbing discovery of incest. Defense attorneys have denied the father and daughter had sex.

Alton Smith remained Tuesday in the Flagler County jail, where he’s being held on $950,000 bail on 37 counts of possession of child pornography and the earlier incest charge. The child is in state custody.

Kristilyn Smith was freed Tuesday from the Volusia County Branch Jail after posting $20,000 bail on the two new charges. She was already free from the Flagler County jail on $10,000 bail on the initial incest charge.

The video in the latest charges begins with Alton Smith wearing only an orange T-shirt as he walks into a wood-paneled room containing a daybed and a pink comforter. “Mr. Smith appears to be masturbating as he walks in and out of the camera view,” according to the affidavit. Kristilyn Smith enters the camera’s view a few seconds later. Shortly after, the father and daughter begin having sexual intercourse, the affidavit states.

The child, whom investigators guessed was between 4 and 7 years old, runs in and out of the camera’s view, jumping and running in circles “as his parents engage in sexual intercourse,” the affidavit states.

The truly disturbing part is that it was an arrangement the unidentified woman had with her friend Reggie Stafford for at least twenty years. From KanasCity.com:

A 48-year-old Wichita woman is accused of prostituting her 5-year-old daughter, and prosecutors say it wasn’t the first time.

Sedgwick County District Attorney Nola Foulston on Friday sought a judge’s permission to introduce testimony from two of the woman’s grown daughters, who said she sold them for sex when they were between the ages of 8 and 14.

When the mother goes on trial, however, the jury will only hear about the 5-year-old. Prosecutors say a man the mother knew for years paid her for sex acts with the child.

Sedgwick County District Judge Greg Waller ruled this week that testimony about the 5-year-old’s older sisters won’t be allowed at trial.

Waller said the stories of the older women didn’t meet the strict guidelines set by the Kansas Supreme Court for introduction of prior bad acts. Prosecutors said they were trying to show a pattern of behavior.

The 48-year-old mother and her friend, Reggie Stafford, 51, are charged with multiple counts of rape, sodomy and aggravated indecent liberties with a child.

The mother, who is not being named to protect the identity of her daughters, is also charged with aggravated child endangerment.

“This is a weird case,” prosecutor Christine Ladner told Waller during Thursday’s hearing.

“The sad facts are that (the mother) was the supplier of sex acts by her daughter to the defendant Stafford,” Ladner said.

The adult daughters told Waller during a pretrial hearing Friday that they didn’t want to testify against their mother.

The key witness in the case is now 7 years old. She testified in a previous hearing that her mother took her to see Stafford on several occasions, where he performed various sex acts with her.

In return, the girl said Stafford gave her mother $6 or $7, which her mother used to buy alcohol and cigarettes.

The mother has claimed that she has a drinking problem but that she never allowed her child to have sex with Stafford.

Stafford has denied having sex with any of the girls when they were underage. Police said he told them he had sex with the middle daughter — the one who denied any involvement with him — after her 18th birthday.

The adult daughters seem to be so damaged that though they turned in the mother to protect their youngest sister they not only waited decades to report the abuse but they were clearly guilted into not testifying against the soulless monster they call a mother.  Reggie Stafford though is the real villain, he could have put aside his disgusting perversions to do the right thing and save those kids but for he continued to prey on the daughters of this evil harlot. Both should be executed.
