Jeweler Benjamin Sorkin just plead guilty to secretly video taping women and young girls, many of whom were friends of his own teen, while going to the bathroom. After a court hearing Sorkin ran into two tenacious local reporters who wanted to know why a person would tape his daughter’s friends in the shower, customers peeing, etc. His reaction, in typical classless Philadelphia fashion, is to throw himself into the one female reporter and clutch his arm as if he was hurt. He goes so far as to glare at the woman, who’s half his size and exclaim “Are you Nuts?” in a clear attempt to put together a lawsuit to fund the lawyers he’ll need to keep out of jail. That’s when the reporter reminds him he’s on camera, at which point he slinks off.
I know people like this from New York, and if you live in a big city you know this guy too. Finally all those stories you tell about your Father-in-Law that no one believes has a visual aid you can use. Just tell your friends who’ve seen this “He’s a Sorkin” and they’ll understand. Enjoy:

My friends and I have known Benjamin Sorkin for a long time. He is a man who sadistically abuses women.
Sadistic acts are his way of punishing them for not being docile, obedient, admiring and adoring as he expects them to be in view of his uniqueness, cosmic significance and special entitlement.*

He acquires women thru bribes and threats, then possesses them and then punishes them when they try to be a separate entity. We have witnessed his ordering around, denial, abusive anger, INVASION OF PRIVACY, sexual abuse, physical maltreatment, humiliating, shaming, insinuating, lying, exploiting, and devaluing ways.
When he is done using people, he discards them like a flicked cigarette. His unpredictable behavior and reacting disproportionately leaves people confused and frightened. It is at this point that he begins his attack of dehumanizing and degrading.
How dare he?
This eternal malformed child, in the body of a decaying man, is a stain on the floor that we scrape with our shoe.
The cameras, (VIDEO AND SOUND), in his HOME bathrooms also, have taped his 3 daughters friends,
HIS OWN FAMILY MEMBERS UNKNOWINGLY, while going to the bathroom and showering.
How dare he.

As we can see in Deanna Durante’s video, he likes to sue people for fictitious scenarios. He likes to hurt people and then claim that they hurt him…and he gets money for this because he is such a professional liar that he has manipulated the court system.
I am so impressed with Deanna Durante’s courage to confront this monster head on. He was enraged with her following him and so he tried to knock her into the wall, while at the same time putting the blame on her and acting out an injured arm!
What a fool this bag of scum has made of himself.

Next time you go to the bathroom or take a shower, imagine
that there is a camera on you, watching your every move and listening to your every sound, at the most private moments of your being.
Now imagine that dozens of videos that invaded the privacy of your being, are being watched not only by the filthy pervert who filmed you, but by countless others online and possibly on you tube.
Now imagine that it is your young daughter who was filmed.
The effects on victims last for a lifetime and include panic attacks, hyper vigilance, sleep disturbances, flashbacks (intrusive memories), suicidal thoughts, and psychosomatic symptoms, such as post-traumatic stress disorder. The victims experience shame, depression, anxiety, embarrassment, and an enhanced sense of vulnerability.
So then, why do so many of BS’s (Ben Sorkin’s) victims fear coming forward?
(Imagine that for every one victim of BS, there are at least ten unreported cases.)
Ben Sorkin…This malignant egotist perceives even the slightest confrontation or disagreement as a criticism and as complete and humiliating rejection; nothing short of a threat. The threat that he creates in his sick mind, turns to intense paranoia, which makes him react with explosive rage and attack everyone in his immediate vicinity. He will be verbally and psychologically abusive and cause damage to people, animals and objects. Then he will sulk and give the silent treatment, while plotting how to punish the “critic” and put her in her proper place. This pervert is very vindictive. This pervert will almost always become a stalker. He harasses and haunts the objects of his frustration. He will sabotage and damage the work and possessions of people whom he regards to be the source of his mounting wrath.
So, THAT is why victims do not come forward. He injects fear that is so debilitating, that the stress of coming forward is just too much for the victims to handle. How sad that good people are destroyed by these types of monsters.

If his lips are moving, he’s lying. He’s a Sorkin.
This man was exploting women and teenagers both at work and home for his own sick pleasure and you’re worried about him “throwing himself into a reporter?” Deanna Durrante is “one tough cookie?” What about the victims? Whoever saw this video can clearly see Sorkin purposely threw himself into her. Durrante was just looking to make a bigger name for herself, no damage done. I wish I could say the same for the victims, they have to live with the emotional and psychological damage that Sorkin has placed upon them.
Sorkin is a coward, he never injected fear on his victims. The victims were UNAWARE of Sorkin’s sick tactics. As soon as his employees discovered the tapes, they turned them in immediately. Once they were given knowledge of the tapes, the teenagers came forward but refused to press charges because they wanted to remian loyal to their friend, Sorkin’s daughter.
Sorkin is an egotistical maniac. He attempted to file a lawsuit against the reporters because he was to embarassed to face what he had done. In no way was it because he had to “fund his lawyers to keep him out of jail.” Johnnie Cochran, himself, couldn’t keep Sorkin out of jail for what he had done. The victims kept him out of jail! They decided that avoiding total humiliation was more important than seeing him rot. If the case was sent to trial, the women would have to take the stand and the tapes would have to be revealed. The entire SVU and Sorkin, of course, have already seen the tapes. Would you want anyone else to see what is “supposed” to be kept behind closed doors?
*side-note: You’re right, Philly girls are not one to mess with and that’s because we have heart, we fight for the people we care about and what we believe in. If you consider that “typical classless Philadelphia fashion,” than you need a serious reality check. DO NOT compare the classless behaviors of Sorkin with the behaviors of Philadelphians.
