Filthy Pervert Claims 12 Year Old Girl He Impregnated Raped Him

There is absolutely no end to the perifdity of sexual predators. Those that victimize children to fulfill their base sexual desires take sadistic pleasure in maligning the innocents who they abuse. In a recent case a man who repeatedly raped a 12 year old girl has had the audacity to claim the girl forced herself on him! From NaplesNews.com:

The 12-year-old girl told deputies the man entered her bedroom as she slept and had sex with her, threatening her not to tell anyone. When the girl’s mother took her to a doctor, she learned her daughter was five months pregnant and reported him.

But the Immokalee man gave a different story: The girl was flirtatious toward him as he watched TV at her home, unzipped his pants and then straddled him as he tried not to become too aroused.

Oh, yeah that sounds probable. A 12 year old girl straddles a grown man while he struggles in vain to not become aroused. As if a child climbing on you is so arousing.

Right, she straddled him you see so he couldn’t get up or push her away. This monster’s story is basically that he was raped by a 12 year old. He’s claiming he’s the victim!

On Tuesday, faced with evidence the baby is his, 23-year-old Antonio “Tony” Alvarez Maldonado pleaded no contest to lewd and lascivious battery, lewd and lascivious molestation, and carrying a concealed weapon.

I guess after his ordeal he didn’t feel safe.

Before he’s released, Tetler will be evaluated to determine whether he falls under the Jimmy Ryce Act. If he does, he’d have a civil hearing to decide whether he’s at risk of re-offending and should be put in a hospital for sex offender treatment before being freed.

On the weapons charge, the judge sentenced him to time served in the county jail since his arrest on Nov. 1, 2006.

Sheriff’s reports say investigators questioned Alvarez the day the mother reported him and he admitted having sex with the girl in May or June of that year. But he blamed the girl for coming onto him as they watched the movie “Team America: World Police” on the living room couch.

He was 21 at the time.

Disgusting. He raped that girl, threatened her with violence and then has the gall to humiliate the child by claiming she’s some sort of sex fiend.

Child rapists constantly try to convince others that their victims are in some way responsible for the sadistic perversion that drives the pedophile. They never admit that this is a sadomasochistic power fetish, that they victimize children not because they “love children” but because they hate people and wish to victimize them. Children are the easiest victims and that is why these cretin attack them.

This man not only raped this little girl but his last contemptuous act is to try to impugn her character. He reminds me a lot of Robert Lindsay, who after heavily editing some very temperate criticism I left in the comment section of his pedophillic anti-semitic blog revealed this little gem of a story:

She was some kind of star athlete runner for her age, competing in contests. She started talking about sex: “I’ve been thinking about sex a lot lately.” Me: “Um, ok.” Her: “Yes, I’ve been thinking about trying it.” Me: “Uh, ok.” Her, smiles: “I think I’d like to try it with YOU.” Me: “Uh, well, I don’t think that is going to work.”

I had to admit that I did give it some thought though, and still do…

Code Pink Activists Say WW II Was Wrong, All Marines are War Criminals

A collection of armchair revolutionaries who claim that we live in a Fascist state while asking “what’s wrong with Communism anyway?” while their rich husbands are out making their juvenile displays possible. It’s no wonder most of them have mistresses.

Take away quotes at :36, :43, 1:12 and 1:16. The best comes at 1:24 when a woman says Al-Qaeda is not a threat to America. I guess she’s a truther:

For all their talk about resisting Fascism it’s pretty clear that they all dream about the day when they could don their commissar uniform and have the young man taping them “re-educated” with a bullet to the back of the brain.

Code Pink are racists who incite riots, and refused to lift a finger to help Cuban political prisoners, you know people who really are being oppressed. Since they’re being oppressed by Communists that makes it all right.

Code Pink encouraged the violent protests of Ed Brown and have committed treason more than once. These are the people Democrats are protecting from having to answer for their outrageous behavior.

It’s disgusting and a sign of things to come.

Chavez Cuts Off Oil to Exxon!

Angry that his illegal seizure of Exxon’s property was being properly adjudicated in the courts, Communist strongman Hugo Chavez has made good on his promise to cut off sales to Exxon if they continued to demand compensation for their stolen assets:

CARACAS, Venezuela (AP) — Venezuela’s state oil company said Tuesday that it has stopped selling crude to Exxon Mobil Corp. in response to the U.S. oil company’s drive to use the courts to seize billions of dollars in Venezuelan assets.

Exxon Mobil is locked in a dispute over the nationalization of its oil ventures in Venezuela that has led President Hugo Chavez to threaten to cut off all Venezuelan oil supplies to the United States. Venezuela is the United States’ fourth largest oil supplier.

Tuesday’s announcement by state-run Petroleos de Venezuela SA, or PDVSA, was limited to Exxon Mobil, which PDVSA accused of “judicial-economic harassment” for its efforts in U.S. and European courts.

PDVSA said it “has paralyzed sales of crude to Exxon Mobil” and suspended commercial relations with the Irving, Texas-based company.

“The legal actions carried out by the U.S. transnational are unnecessary … and hostile,” PDVSA said in the statement. It said it will honor any existing contracts it has with Exxon Mobil for joint investments abroad, but reserved the right to terminate them if permitted by the terms of the contracts.

It was unclear how much oil PDVSA supplies to Exxon Mobil, the world’s biggest publicly traded oil company. Both Chavez and Oil Minister Rafael Ramirez previously said the company is no longer welcome to do business in Venezuela.

Venezuela’s decision leaves up in the air the situation of a refinery in Chalmette, La. — a joint venture supplied by Venezuelan oil in which PDVSA and Exxon Mobil are equal partners.

The real issue is that Exxon has been wining in the courts and the corrupt Communist regime is balking at paying a fair price for the equipment and material they “nationalized” at the point of a gun. European companies knuckled under right away, but Exxon took their case to several different courts which ruled against Chavez:

A British court issued an injunction last month temporarily freezing up to $12 billion of PDVSA’s assets. Exxon Mobil also has secured an “order of attachment” from U.S. District Court in Manhattan on about $300 million in cash held by PDVSA. A hearing to confirm the order is scheduled for Wednesday.

Other oil companies including Chevron Corp., France’s Total, Britain’s BP PLC and Norway’s StatoilHydro ASA have negotiated deals with Venezuela to continue as minority partners in the nationalized projects. ConocoPhillips and Exxon Mobil balked at the government’s tougher terms and have been in compensation talks with PDVSA.

Eager to spin this situation as America vs. Venezuela in a cold war style showdown, the regime has threatened to cut of all oil supplies to America:

Venezuela’s announcement came after Ramirez, the oil minister and PDVSA president, reiterated in a newspaper interview Tuesday that Venezuela is ready to cut off oil supplies to the United States if pressed into an “economic war.”

“If they want this conflict to escalate, it’s going to escalate. We have a way to make this conflict escalate,” Ramirez was quoted as saying.

The White House on Tuesday declined to comment on Venezuela’s threat. “When there’s a litigation that’s ongoing, different parties will say anything to try to win over on an argument,” said White House press secretary Dana Perino.

Meanwhile, Venezuelan state television has begun airing short anti-Exxon segments, with a message appearing on the screen in red text reading: “Exxon Mobil turns oil into blood.”

The move would cripple their own economy as we are one of their top buyers and they haven’t got the technology to refine their heavy crude. No doubt Chavez believes his allies in Iran and oil hungry China will come to his aid and provide him with new markets and refineries.

Get used to high oil prices, because America’s gone squishy and Chavez knows there’s nothing we’re going to do about his continued provocations.

Has Putin’s KGB Killed Another Critic?

The sudden death of an exiled Georgian billionaire may have been another “Alexander Litvinenko-style” murder, it is feared.

A major crime squad is investigating the death of 52-year-old Badri Patarkatsishvili, whose body was found at his country mansion in Surrey at about 11pm last night.

His family said he suffered a heart attack – but Surrey Police have launched an investigation to confirm the exact cause of death after reports of a plot to kill him.

Sky News’ home affairs correspondent Mark White said: “The police want to leave no stone uncovered.

“In the light of Litvinenko’s death in 2006 they are treating it very seriously and want to investigate properly to rule out foul play or to find out whether he was the subject of a hit.”

Mr Patarkatsishvili – Georgia’s richest man, with an estimated £6bn fortune – spoke recently of his fears for his life after one alleged plot against him was uncovered in London.

It has also been reported that an assassination plan bore chilling similarities to the killing of ex-KGB agent Alexander Litvinenko in 2006.

Mr Litvinenko – an outspoken critic of the Putin regime – was killed by radiation poisoning in London. Moscow has refused to extradite the prime suspect, ex-KGB bodyguard Andrei Lugovoi.

Talking about Mr Patarkatsishvili’s death at his home Downside Manor outside Leatherhead, a spokeswoman for Surrey Police said: “As with all unexplained deaths, it is being treated as suspicious.

My question is just what is England going to do about it if they found out Putin did have this guy killed? With the help of the European left, the American “anti-war” movement has saped the will of Americans to participate in wars meant to combat the spread of totalitarianism.

With Obama as President (something which looks pretty likely) and a Democratic House and Senate the chances of England being able to jump back into the protective cold war embrace of America are slim indeed.

It’s almost a cheery thought about the way our politics are going, that England, France and the E.U. will one day say ask us for help containing Russian aggression and will only receive some finger wagging about not being warmongers. Bye Bye England, I hope your friends the “peaceful Muslims” will feel like defending you from a resurgent Russia.
