Minuteman Splinter Group Founder Accused of Running Home Invasion Ring that Targeted Drug Dealers in Arizona

Shawna Forde was a fixture in border security politics for too long. Unstable enough to be summarily dismissed from the Minutemen Defense Corps she became a perfect example of what leftists accuse anyone concerned with border security of being. But Forde had a history of incidents which made it clear that she was at the very least involved with a seedy element, and part of the drug culture. Shawna was mysteriously assaulted by gang members and her husband allegedly shot in attacks she tried to link to her immigration activism, but word on the street was always that her troubles with “Mexican gangs” had a much more nefarious origin.

It has long been accepted as fact that Shawna took out a hit on her husband (who had filed for divorce prior to being shot) and blamed Mexican gangs. As one blogger who met (and didn’t like) Forde in person said, this story didn’t track because Latin American gangs “are not known for doing things in little slices.”

The police dragged their feet building a case against this psycho, giving her time to show the world her true colors:

PHOENIX — Two of three people arrested in a southern Arizona home invasion that left a little girl and her father dead had connections to a Washington state anti-illegal immigration group that conducts border watch activities in Arizona.

Jason Eugene Bush, 34, Shawna Forde, 41, and Albert Robert Gaxiola, 42, have been charged with two counts each of first-degree murder and other charges, said Sheriff Clarence Dupnik of Pima County, Ariz.

The trio are alleged to have dressed as law enforcement officers and forced their way into a home about 10 miles north of the Mexican border in rural Arivaca on May 30, wounding a woman and fatally shooting her husband and their 9-year-old daughter. Their motive was financial, Dupnik said.

“The husband who was murdered has a history of being involved in narcotics and there was an anticipation that there would be a considerable amount of cash at this location as well as the possibility of drugs,” Dupnik said.

Forde is the leader of Minutemen American Defense, a small border watch group, and Bush goes by the nickname “Gunny” and is its operations director, according to the group’s Web site. She is from Everett, Wash., has recently been living in Arizona and was once associated with the better known and larger Minuteman Civil Defense Corps.

A statement attributed to officers of Forde’s group and posted on its Web site on Saturday extended condolences to the victims’ families and said the group doesn’t condone such acts and will cooperate with law enforcement.

“This is not what Minutemen do,” said member Chuck Stonex, who responded to an e-mail from The Associated Press sent through the Web site. “Minutemen observe, document and report. This is nothing more than a cold-hearted criminal act, and that is all we want to say.”

The assailants planned to leave no one alive, Dupnik said at a press conference in Tucson on Friday. He said Forde was the ringleader.

“This was a planned home invasion where the plan was to kill all the people inside this trailer so there would be no witnesses,” Dupnik said. “To just kill a 9-year-old girl because she might be a potential witness to me is just one of the most despicable acts that I have heard of.”

Dupnik said Forde continued working through Friday to raise a large amount of money to make her anti-illegal immigrant operation more sophisticated.

Forde denied involvement as she was led from sheriff’s headquarters.

I bet.

Huffpo and Crooks and Liars are claiming this was evidence of her “xenophobia” although her murderous accomplice Gaxiola and the Mexican gang bangers she hired for the hit on her husband have yet to come forward with any horror stories of being berated with racial slurs while plotting brutal killings with her.

The group she founded, Minutemen American Defense, or (I kid you not) M.A.D. as they like to be known has released a statement claiming they are shocked, SHOCKED, that an allegedly drug using loose cannon who was thrown out of the minutemen and was thought to be involved in a hit on her own husband might have been involved in another violent crime.  Since they have a section of their website dedicated to obvious yarns she spins and pictures of her hanging around a biker bar I’ll assume they shock easy.

Here’s a hint for my readers, if you know anyone over 30 who hangs around biker bars, you know someone that will probably kill you for money.

Army Sergeant at Fort Lewis Accused of Running a Child Sex Ring

The teens were runaways that Sgt. Sterling Terrace Hospedales lured into an off-base apartment then forced into prostitution. Cases like this underscore the importance of telling young girls the truth about adults who are overly interested in teens, or “youth liberation” and all related such nonsense:

A sergeant based at Fort Lewis who prosecutors say set up a juvenile girl in an apartment to work for him as a prostitute has been charged with sex trafficking.

Sterling Terrace Hospedales, 26, was charged in U.S. District Court in Tacoma on Monday with sex trafficking of a child and attempted sex trafficking of a child. He is being held held in the Pierce County Jail on state charges.

Prosecutors say the investigation began in April when Lakewood police learned that a juvenile runaway from the Seattle area was posting Internet ads for prostitution.

The juvenile admitted that she worked as a prostitute for Hospedales in an apartment he got for her, prosecutors say. A second girl flew to the area from Wyoming on a plane ticket Hospedales bought. Prosecutors say that he told her that he would kick her out of the apartment and have other girls beat her up if she didn’t pay him back for the ticket by working as a prostitute.

Sex trafficking of a juvenile carries a sentence of 10 years to life.

Runaways are especially vulnerable to being forced into sexual slavery, as are children who spend a great deal of time on the Internet associating with adults they don’t know. Political groups like World Can’t Wait have been encouraging children to socialize with adults their parents don’t know anything about for years.

It’s not a surprise that sex trafficking of children and teens is on the rise in America. A new documentary on the subject called Playground claims at least 300,000 American children are at risk of being forced into prostitution. From Reuters:

NEW YORK (Reuters) – Filmmaker Libby Spears wanted to make a documentary about the sexual exploitation of kids in Asia and Latin America, but that changed when she discovered that child sex trafficking is a big problem in the United States.

“We have laws in this country that protect international victims of sex trafficking and don’t have laws that protect domestic victims, but that’s just starting to change,” Spears told Reuters in a recent interview.

“Here (in the United States) when it’s a 12-year-old girl they like to call it prostitution, they like to call her a prostitute, when that’s not accurate,” said Spears, who hopes her film will raise awareness and help push policy change. “There needs to be more resources for these kids long term.”

The film quotes figures from the group End Child Prostitution, Child Pornography and Trafficking of Children for Sexual Purposes (ECPAT), which says U.S. citizens account for 25 percent of child sex tourists worldwide.

The international group also says 300,000 U.S. children are at risk of being forced into the sex trade.

Spears credits an interview with Ernie Allen, president and chief executive of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, for changing the direction of her film.

“People don’t think it happens in this country. It may look in some cases different than it looks in other parts of the world, but vulnerable kids are targeted by procurers, by exploiters, by pimps, lured into the sex trade,” Allen says in the documentary.

“There are not many American cities, where you won’t be able to go out and find young kids on the streets engaging in the sex trade and virtually none of that is voluntary,” he said. “It’s organized crime.”

Those “escort” ads in the back of the alternative newspapers you hipsters read are mostly sex slaves and many under age. Think about that next time you start quoting Michael Musto or whoever.

The Justice Department must come down hard on the pimps and the johns who exploit children for sex. We as a country need to send a message that we will protect our children from predation from vile criminals like Hospedales and the men who had sex with the little girl he enslaved.

Lefty Miami-Dade Prosecutor David Ranck Assaults Pizza Delivery Woman

That’s right he hit a pizza delivery woman in an altercation that started when she had trouble getting into his gated community. Who watches the watchers?

Veteran Miami-Dade prosecutor David Ranck faces battery charges after an alleged scuffle with a pizza delivery woman on Saturday during a delivery that went horribly wrong.

It’s the second report of prosecutors gone wild in the past week. A Broward County prosecutor was arrested late last week for punching a cop in the back of the head during a barroom fight.

At least he picked on a man.

According to police reports, Ranck and the unidentified woman got into a shouting match when the delivery person couldn’t get into the attorney’s gated community. After a bit of shouting that woke the neighbors, the woman told Ranck to come downstairs if he wanted his pizza.

Ranck did and punched the woman in the arm, Miami-Dade police said. He also knocked off her snazzy pizza delivery visor.

It’s unclear what Ranck was so mad about or if his pizza order was correct. Maybe the pizza was cold and didn’t come in the 30-minutes-or-less guarantee.

Ranck said the woman tapped him with her car, which sparked the altercation. Police sided with the pizza woman on Saturday, but did not take Ranck to lock up. He was released on his own recognizance.

Which is more consideration than Ranck gave to police officers he accused of the cold-blooded murder of Leonardo Barquin a year ago:

More than four years after the death of Leonardo Barquin, a string of interoffice memos from the state attorney’s office has surfaced on the Internet, thrusting the open investigation of the shooting back into the spotlight.

A series of 4-year-old letters between Assistant State Attorney David Ranck and his superiors began surfacing on a Web log maintained by Ranck and were picked up May 4 by the anonymously penned Justice Building Blog, a blog that focuses on events in Miami-Dade Circuit Court’s criminal division.

In the memos, Ranck, who is still a Miami-Dade prosecutor, claimed he was pulled off the investigation into Barquin’s death by office brass after he raised questions about whether the shooting by police was justifiable homicide.

Ranck said Barquin was shot twice from behind in the lower body Jan. 16, 2004.

“The deceased was found unarmed, and no firearm was found around where he fell nor on the co-defendant when he was captured,” Ranck wrote five weeks after the shooting.

After he was captured and had time to dump the piece? The fact here is that Ranck took the word of a small time hood over a cop, and rightly or wrongly didn’t get the results he wanted so he made a blog and started leaking information onto the Internet out of spite instead of trying to get justice done for the victim he thinks was murdered.

Think about that for a second, Ranck is the kind of guy who, when thinks his department is covering up a murder, craps out a blogspot blog and goes about his merry way until he roughs up some woman for delivering his pizza “all wrong.”

For the commenters at Justice Building blog Ranck is apparently a good guy. Here at Red Alerts I’ll call him what he really is: a scumbag.

As an aside, they must be doing a  hell of a job down there keeping the streets safe if their prosecutors have to live in gated communities.

Gateway Pundit has been following a corruption scandal involving Chrysler closings.  Almost all of the dealership closings come from “red” counties, while the biggest Democrat donor was allowed to keep six dealerships open as all his competition was closed by the government. Doug Ross has evidence that almost all dealerships closed by Chrysler were donors to the McCain campaign. The decision to close the dealerships was made by President’s task force.

Trench posted the story of a Toronto man who used the site Vampire Freaks to find an underage girl. He then made child porn and bestiality videos with her.This is the third or fourth story I’ve come across where that site has been involved in an especially heinous crime. When will parents learn to keep their kids off it?

Mississippi Degenerates Discipline 12-Year-Old Daughter with Fatal Rape and Torture Seession

I don’t blog about Mississippi much. In fact the last few times I blogged specifically about the state was to note that I.C.E. raids actually lowered unemployment numbers in the area, and that two “middle eastern men” were found living illegally in the state after crossing the Mexican border. Mississippi is also home to Jew-hating stoner/wanna-be Presidential assassin Stephen Joseph Christoper and was one of the states where the F.B.I. recovered child prostitutes being held against their will in a nationwide sweep.

I’m sure Mississippi is a nice place, but it seems the biggest news coming out of there is always painting the good people of Mississippi in a negative light. This story is no different.

12-Year-Old Ashley Andrews missed the school bus one fall day in 2005. Her mother Cristina Dillard along with Ashley’s step-father Shaun Dillard and her half-brother Kyle decided to teach her a lesson in responsibility that only backwoods meth heads could think up:

The whole family was home that day and were the only ones to witness the events of that and the following two days. According to statements given in the investigation, Andrews failed to listen to her parent’s demands that Monday and was beaten with tree limbs, a fishing rod and a belt. As a result of the beating, Andrews did not go to school the following day since the parents feared reports would be made to the Department of Human Services.

On Oct. 11, she was again beaten to the point that hair was pulled from her head, Bryan read from the evidence. Again on Oct. 12, a Wednesday, Andrews was not allowed to go to school for fear of a report to DHS. Andrews died that day due to manual strangulation, according to autopsy reports.

Evidence showed that Christina participated in the beatings of Andrews. Bryan said that since Christina Dillard was Andrews’ mother she had a duty to protect Andrews and see that Andrews at least received medical care.

But the story gets worse:

Evidence presented in the preliminary hearing held in 2005 stated that Andrews also was sexually assaulted prior to her death.

Shaun Dillard was initially charged with capital murder, statutory rape and two counts of sexual battery when he went before Harrell in July of 2008. Shaun Dillard pleaded guilty to aiding and abetting in the capital murder of Andrews. During that plea hearing, Shaun Dillard was asked if he had ever seen Christina Dillard choke Andrews. He said he had.

So if I understand the prosecutor’s timeline little Ashley was beaten half to death, raped and then most likely her own mother strangled her after allowing her husband to rape the girl.

Word on the cyber street is that it was a jealousy issue with a drug addicted mother finding out her old man was raping her daughter and blaming the child. Here are a few comments from a local board I found, grain of salt obviously, but they were too interesting to pass up.

This is from a Jennifer Cooke who claims to have known the mother:

I knew both of them.My husband’s Aunt was best friends with Ashley’s Parents and we all thought something was wrong.Ashley was always having to tend to her little brother when he was a baby.And never really got to be happy because of the life she had to live with both of her biological parents.I wish that I knew what was going on.As far as I know Chris is still in the county jail in protective custody as far as he goes I have no clue.But I hope they both get the death penalty or that the same thing happens to them that they did to her.She was always saying oh Ashley is only 12 but she has legs like a grown woman.Chris always wanted the perfect life like a fairy tale so I think maybe at first she didn’t know that he was having unconsentual sex with her daughter and when she found out she got so mad and jealous and treated her daughter like she was a woman messing around with him.I think it got to the point to where he would’ve rather slept with a child than her.And I don’t know why he done what he done the story I heard from a reliable source was that they were both on oxycontin and other drugs.Either way there will never be justification for what they did they deserve to thrown in the prison population an have the guards shout out what they done.So they can get their A** BEAT.

Here’s a comment from a woman claiming to be the victim’s step mother regarding Dillard:

She has had drug problems on and off since Ashley was born. Absolutely a judge knew that. DHR was not involved after me and father got custody of her, so it was a family court judge that said she needed to go back since my ex husband was single now. Another thing that bothers me is that the DHR never once received any complaints that anything was wrong. I have spoken with the person in charge of the child neglect division and she said if they just had one person had complained about Ashley she would have taken right out of that home. I have heard many people say that they thought something was wrong but no calls were ever made to the DHR!! As far as her sister and brother , it will them that one day gets to decide if they want to see Chris be put to sleep for murdering their sister and that is one decision I never wanted to have to make.

Like I said grain of salt, but if this is true it’s more proof that if you see something you should say something. Get involved people.

Now Dillard has lucked into a plea deal that saves her sorry life when she deserves to be strung up for her crime. The maximum sentence this filthy degenerate can get is 20 years, meaning she may be out in a little under ten if she gets parole. Shaun Dillard got life without the possibility of parole. Both sentences are a grave injustice.

Only through the death of her tormentors could Ashley truly have received justice. After being raped and tortured she is denied even that small humanity. Christina Dillard will walk amongst us too soon, ready to snuff out another innocent life. Why do we continue to allow this to happen?
