5.11 Tactical Select Carry Sling Bag: Not Just for Mall Ninjas

When I first was made aware of the 5.11 Tactical Sling Pack I thought it had the whiff of the mall ninja about it. After all, it’s a bag designed for the concealed carry of sub-machine guns. I lived in New York City after 9/11 and I’ve seen how professionals who were issued sub-guns carried them. Openly and with a smug look on their face.

But hey, I’m not an “operator” so I don’t know. Maybe there’s a time law enforcement and private security officers need to pack a sub-machine gun hidden away in an over sized fanny pack.Or maybe 5.11 knows that mall ninjas burn through money on “tacticool” gear because they save on rent by living in their parents basement: Continue reading

Surprise! F.B.I. Raiding “Peace” Activists with Ties to Hezbollah and FARC

Actually this is a surprise since even during the Bush administration “Peace” groups were basically allowed to fund and supply our enemies at will. Obama’s DOJ cracking down on these traitors is the first thing he’s done I can get behind. I can’t wait until Code Pink is rounded up:

The FBI raided the Minneapolis homes of five antiwar activists, including three leaders of the Twin Cities peace movement, Friday morning as part of what it called a probe of “activities concerning the material support of terrorism.”

The Minneapolis office of an antiwar organization was also raided, protest leaders said. No one was arrested in any of the raids.

FBI spokesman Steve Warfield said the searches were conducted at about 7 a.m. Lawyers said the agents seized computers, cell phones and documents in the protesters’ homes.

The federal search warrants in Minneapolis were related to an ongoing Joint Terrorism Task Force, Warfield said. He offered no details.

Protest leaders said the raids surprised them. Mick Kelly, whose home was searched, played a central role in the 2008 demonstrations at the Republican National Convention in St. Paul. Asked if he was involved in illegal activities, he replied, “Absolutely not.”

Ted Dooley, Kelly’s attorney, called the raids “a probe into the political beliefs of American citizens and any organization anywhere that opposes the American imperial design.” He said the warrants cited a federal law making it a violation to provide or conspire to provide material support to designated foreign terrorist organizations.

That last paragraph is the important one. For years lefties have been traveling abroad and giving money they raise here to terror groups who use that money against our allies. In some cases they even scam other peaceniks to get the money, like Cindy Sheehan did with the Crawford Peace House.

The F.B.I. has stated that they are looking into other groups across the country. The Freedom Road Socialist Organization is one of the groups the raids targeted. As you can see at the link, they were attempting to gin up class and race war in America.

Many will claim this is a sign of “martial law” coming but in reality this is a long time coming. But the timing is strange. Marxist groups are waiting for a collapse of our system to “make their move” so to speak, so a leftist government’s crackdown on these groups suggests that they are worried that civil unrest is just around the corner and they’re trying to neutralize key players in the red revolution that will follow.

Muslim Teen Caught Building Bombs in Portland Mosque, Police Do Nothing

Cross Portland, Maine of of your list of places to live. Political correctness will lead to European style Islamization and you don’t want to be around when that happens:

PORTLAND, ME (NEWS CENTER) — Police say there were no injuries or damage caused by a chemical bomb that went off in a parking lot near the Islamic Society of Portland.

The bomb went off in the lot between the Islamic Society and Back Bay Grill around 8:00 PM Tuesday night. Portland Police say Islamic elders came forward to tell them that a 13 year old from the Society was experimenting and was responsible for the bomb. Another bomb was also found undetinated.

Police say it’s unclear if charges will be filed against the teenagers.

It should be clear that building bombs is illegal and building them in a Mosque, where the elders of the community are apparently aware of the bomb building, is extremely suspicious. But we wouldn’t want to offend anyone’s religious sensibilities by ensuring this Mosque isn’t up to no good. Better to wait until the blow a few people up, that way we can be sure.
