NPR Claims Lazy Morbidly Obese Cretin Starving Because of “Bad Economy”

The above two desperately poor people are Gloria Nunez and her daughter Angelica Hernandez, who is only 19. NPR says the economy is so bad these two people are having to cut meat out of their diet and skip meals.

No really, that’s what they’re claiming:

A generation ago, the livelihood of Gloria Nunez’s family was built on cars.

Her father worked at General Motors for 45 years before retiring. Her mother taught driver’s education. Nunez and her six siblings grew up middle class.

Things have changed considerably for this Ohio family.

Nunez’s van broke down last fall. Now, her 19-year-old daughter has no reliable transportation out of their subsidized housing complex in Fostoria, 40 miles south of Toledo, to look for a job.

Nunez and most of her siblings and their spouses are unemployed and rely on government assistance and food stamps. Some have part-time jobs, but working is made more difficult with no car or public transportation.

So her father worked and she doesn’t, and never has but it’s the economy that’s hurting her. Her father managed to work but none of her siblings have jobs, her daughter who has a different last name than her (and grew up seeing her mother never work) has no job. But it’s the gas prices going up in the last year and a half that’s hurting them. Right.

Nunez, 40, has never worked and has no high school degree. She says a car accident 17 years ago left her depressed and disabled, incapable of getting a job. Instead, she and her daughter, Angelica Hernandez, survive on a $637 Social Security check and $102 in food stamps.

Hernandez received her high school diploma and has had several jobs in recent years. But now, because fewer restaurants and stores are hiring, she says she finds it hard to find a job. Even if she could, she says it’s particularly hard to imagine how she’ll keep it. She says she needs someone to give her a lift just to get to an interview. And with gas prices so high, she’s not sure she could afford to pay someone to drive her to work every day.

People tell Nunez her daughter could get more money in public assistance if she had a child.

“A lot of people have told me, ‘Why don’t your daughter have a kid?'”

They both reject that as a plan.

“I’m trying to get a job,” Hernandez says. “I just can’t get a job.”

Hernandez says she’s trying to get training to be a nurse’s assistant, but without her own set of wheels or enough money to pay others for gas, it hasn’t been easy.

Huh. Hernandez had a job but doesn’t work there anymore. What’s that mean? Hmmm.

Putting all that aside, let’s say you just take their word for it that they can’t work. So, if I may be indelicate for a second, how do they manage to remain so, shall we say, rubinesque?

Couldn’t they use to eat less? And frankly I’ve been poor and I did not, at 19, look like that. These people probably go over 350 each, closer to 400 I’d say. To maintain that weight and not lose any walking everywhere, which is what they claim they do, they’d have to eat five or six times a day. They have no car but they buy groceries, they’re active enough to lose weight but they’re morbidly obese and we’re supposed to feel sorry for them?

Nice try NPR but if you want sympathy from me you’re going to need to trot out somebody who actually skips meals. And if this is the best sob story you have, a couple of obese people having to eat less than the 40,000 calories a day they’re used to, then maybe the economy isn’t really all that bad, huh?

Pat Buchanan: Hitler Was Right to Invade Poland (And the Jews Have it Coming)

Anti-Semitic parasite Pat Buchanan, who deflects criticism of his racist crankery by hiding behind his lack luster service to Ronald Reagan, has embarrassed the Conservative movement … again:

Addressing the Knesset on the 60th anniversary of Israel’s birth, Bush said those who say we should negotiate with Iran or Hamas are like the fools who said we should negotiate with Adolf Hitler.

“As Nazi tanks crossed into Poland in 1939, an American senator declared, ‘Lord, if only I could have talked to Hitler, all of this might have been avoided.’ We have an obligation to call this what it is — the false comfort of appeasement. …”

Again, Bush has made a hash of history.

Appeasement is the name given to what Neville Chamberlain did at Munich in September 1938. Rather than fight Germany in another great war — to keep 3.5 million Germans under a Czech rule they despised — he agreed to their peaceful transfer to German rule. With these Germans went the lands their ancestors had lived upon for centuries, German Bohemia, or the Sudetenland.

Chamberlain’s negotiated deal with Hitler averted a European war — at the expense of the Czech nation. That was appeasement.

German tanks, however, did not roll into Poland until a year later, Sept. 1, 1939. Why did the tanks roll? Because Poland refused to negotiate over Danzig, a Baltic port of 350,000 that was 95 percent German and had been taken from Germany at the Paris peace conference of 1919, in violation of Wilson’s 14 Points and his principle of self-determination.

Hitler had not wanted war with Poland. He had wanted an alliance with Poland in his anti-Comintern pact against Joseph Stalin.

But the Poles refused to negotiate. Why? Because they were a proud, defiant, heroic people and because Neville Chamberlain had insanely given an unsolicited war guarantee to Poland. If Hitler invaded, Chamberlain told the Poles, Britain would declare war on Germany.

From March to August 1939, Hitler tried to negotiate Danzig. But the Poles, confident in their British war guarantee, refused. So, Hitler cut his deal with Stalin, and the two invaded and divided Poland.

The cost of the war that came of a refusal to negotiate Danzig was millions of Polish dead, the Katyn massacre, Treblinka, Sobibor, Auschwitz, the annihilation of the Home Army in the Warsaw uprising of 1944, and 50 years of Nazi and Stalinist occupation, barbarism and terror.

In that same speech to the Knesset, Bush dismissed the idea we could ever successfully negotiate with Hamas, Hezbollah or Iran:

“Some seem to believe that we should negotiate with the terrorists and radicals, as if some ingenious argument will persuade them that they have been wrong all along. We have heard this foolish delusion before.”

O.K. so let me get this straight. Hitler was, in essence, right to invade Poland in conjunction with Stalin? Really?

The bloodshed and barbarity of the Communist and National Socialist rulers of Poland is ultimately the fault of the Polish who refused to knuckle under and let the “German” parts of Poland be returned to Germany?

This is a strange thesis from the author of State of Emergency: The Third World Invasion and Conquest of America. Strange because by his logic Mexico has legitimate claim to areas America purchased from Mexico after the Mexican war. By Pat’s estimation we should be negotiating with the Mexican government to return Texas and New Mexico before a war breaks out.

But Pat’s not really the kind of person who’d want the government to allow “Aztlan” forces to butcher Americans in their homes. His new analysis is aimed squarely at one target, his favorite target. Jews.

After all Pat’s breathless Townhall buffoonery is a response to President Bush’s speech at the Knesset. This is what set Buchanan, a “right wing populist” who is known to be “soft on Hitler” and to criticize Israel’s military and being “un-Christian,” into a frenzy of historical revisionism. Buchanan’s main point is that Israel, while being picked apart by rocket fire and terror blasts, is ultimately setting themselves for another holocaust that they themselves will be responsible for.

To Buchanan Israel is Poland, Hamas and Fatah are the Nazis and the Communists, and this time we can make the “right” (no pun intended) decision to watch as Israel is destroyed, its people enslaved and murdered. When Bush implies the American people would do more than watch our allies die horribly Buchanan cannot help but expose himself for what he is.

Pat Buchanan isn’t a Conservative, he’s a racist, an anti-Semite and an anti-American crank who hates diversity, change and American power. He longs for the old days when Whites ran the world (but took no responsibility for it), Mexicans stayed on their side of the Rio Grande and killing Jews was no big deal.

Isn’t it time for him take his Reform Party ball and hook up with David Duke? And he can take Ron Paul with him. I think I can speak for the majority of Republicans when I say Pat Buchanan isn’t welcome in our tent anymore. No one who defends Hitler is.

YouTube Continues to Profit from Child Exploitation

As I’ve pointed out before, YouTube’s profit model relies heavily on mob rule. The company charges exorbitant amounts of money for advertising in return for guaranteeing companies that their ad spots will get literally millions of views. Because YouTube attracts large numbers of pedophiles (including Jihadi perverts) YouTube is invested in providing them material and ensuring they will continue to patronize the site.

Because anti-child porn activists, social conservatives and religious dissidents are not a demographic that is statistically significant to YouTube (and their bottom line) it is always more likely that people who complain about child exploitation are ignored or banned than the exploiters themselves. Only when someone has clearly crossed the line into prosecutable child porn does YouTube take action, as I learned myself.

I read a post on What About Our Daughters from about a week ago where there was much shock about Youtube’s inaction when notified about this degenerate and his video “Young Black Girl,” which is clearly exploitative and would fall under the category of child pornography by any definition. The video features him filming a girl who cannot be more than 12 in her underwear, alone in a bedroom with this pervert. She’s using a computer while he points the camera at her private areas. It’s disgusting and I won’t link to it.

The video has been flagged and the readers of What About Our Daughters have acted laudably, contacting law enforcement and keeping the pressure on YouTube to ban this deviant. But this girl is just the tip of the iceberg of pedophilia on the ‘Tube which is more blatant than ever.

In the side bar of the above, where related videos are shown, there are even more examples of child exploitation. One of the worst purveyors of exploitation is user thinmintgirlscout who uses his channel full of scantily clad pubescent girls “cheer-leading” in their bedrooms to promote his pedophilic blogs. YouTube provides much of the material for his (or her I suppose) quasi-legal business and they allow him to promote his child porn sites on his videos.

He has been flagged before, and YouTube has done nothing. Blogger also has done little to reign in this pervert, who uses their free service to make money from exploitative videos. He isn’t the only one, as a few minute browsing Youtube shows.

This outrageous victimization of teens has been going on since I began this blog and has no indication of stopping. YouTube has proven itself to be the most irresponsible of corporate citizens, and in this one case the free market isn’t correcting the excesses of YouTube’s directors because they are catering to an international audience filled with people who think child exploitation is acceptable. YouTube is catering to people looking for this material, and they are profiting from it.

I urge all people to contact their state and local law enforcement agencies and report YouTube child abusers. Your local F.B.I should also be contacted. You can contact YouTube and express your disgust as well. Let’s make YouTube see that there are consequences to this sort of perfidy.

Illegal Immigrant Rapes and Impregnates 10-Year-Old

Preliminary reports are that 37-year-old Guadalupe Gutierrez-Juarez is likely illegal, so my post will be much decried by people who will say I’m a racist and that it doesn’t matter where Gutierrez-Juarez was from in the first place. Aside from the fact that had our border been secure he’d never had access to the victim I would put forward that if a person comes from a country where children as young as twelve are allowed to “consent” to sex (like Mexico for example) it is reasonable to expect that without pressure to assimilate that person may well begin violating children.

ST. ANTHONY, Idaho — A suspected illegal immigrant has been charged with raping a 10-year-old girl who later gave birth in eastern Idaho.

The girl gave birth less than two weeks ago by caesarian section at Madison Memorial Hospital in Rexburg, Fremont County Sheriff Ralph C. Davis and other authorities said. Officials would not disclose the gender, date of birth or paternity of the baby.

“I wouldn’t have believed a 10-year-old could conceive in the first place,” Davis said.

A hospital spokeswoman would not discuss the condition of the girl or the baby and would not say whether either was still in the hospital Wednesday.

The story was first reported by KIDK Television in Idaho Falls.

St. Anthony police began investigating on April 28 after medical officials reported a pregnant child, and Guadalupe Gutierrez-Juarez, 37, of St. Anthony, was arrested the same day, Police Chief James Smith said.

“We had good information from witnesses,” Smith said.

In documents that were filed April 29 in 7th District Court and obtained by The Associated Press, Gutierrez-Juarez is charged with one count of rape. He remained in jail with bail set at $250,000 pending a preliminary hearing May 13.

Authorities said Gutierrez-Juarez did not have legal documentation to live in the United States. His home town and nationality were not immediately clear, but police said they had received no complaints about him before investigating the pregnancy.

I’ve blogged before about Dr. Deborah Schurman-Kauflin’s essay Importing Misogyny which talks about the relation to violent sex crimes like this and non-assimilation by immigrants from countries where women are sexualized early and considered property. Her essay covers misogyny from a variety of cultures including Islamic ones. But her analysis of South American misogyny is more relevant here:

First, take the concept of ‘rapto.’ This comes from Mexico where in some areas, it is socially acceptable for a man of any age to abduct a female of any age as long as long as he intends to marry her. That is right. Men can kidnap and rape females. This is acceptable in Oaxaca where the government continues to view rapto as a minor crime. One legislator even referred to this horrid violation as “romantic.” Lest anyone believe such garbage, note that 24 year old Mexican immigrant Eliseo Nunez snatched a 12 year old girl and took her to Mexico to fulfill his erotic desires. Isn’t that romantic?

The fact is that South American male attitudes toward females are often archaic and misogynistic. Thus it is not surprising that the U.S. is seeing more attacks against women and little girls committed by these immigrants. In August 2005, illegal immigrant Jose Ramirez from El Salvador was charged with the violent attack of a 15 year old girl who refused to respond when he whistled at her (Roh, 2005). Perhaps such primitive behavior stems from the homeland culture. El Salvador and Guatemala have had a string of unsolved brutal murders where young females have been abducted and cut apart. Authorities have found body parts, including heads scattered around. In one instance, two female heads were deposited right in front of a local police station, blood still oozing from the severed heads (Miles, 2003). Gangs are suspected in these crimes as it is often part of their initiation to kill.

If you are not yet disgusted, you will be. Not only are criminal immigrants coming from cultures that are misogynistic, but they are changing U.S. culture in response to their sickness. Many illegal aliens join violent gangs which take over neighborhoods and terrorize innocent citizens. These gangs are highly organized with tentacles spread through several countries. The mantra of the deadly MS13 gang is: blood in, blood out. And the chilling effects of the illegal aliens participation in these gangs are very far reaching. For example, on December 19, 2002, Victor Cruz, Jose Hernandez, Armando Juvenal, and Carlos Rodriguez were involved with the drawn out gang rape of an unsuspecting 42 year old New York woman. These illegal aliens were well known to police for their prior crimes of assault, attempted robbery, drug offenses, and illegal gun possession. No deportation followed their lesser offenses because of the sanctuary policy.

Looking the other way has consequences, and while America looked the other way a little girl had her innocence stolen by a person whose presence here stops law-abiding, American loving immigrants from Latin America from being able to obtain a visa immigrate here legally. While good honest people wait for years to to get to this county we let Guadalupe Gutierrez-Juarez cut in front of them, jump our border and rape a 10-year-old girl.

There’s much talk about compassion for immigrants, where is the compassion for the ones left out in the cold while child rapists roam the streets of our cities.

Lilo thinks it’s suspicious that the parents didn’t realize the 10-year-old was pregnant, which is a good point:

The investigation into the rape is ongoing and police have left the option for more charges to be filed open. There has been little released about just how a 10 year old could be sexually abused, become pregnant from it- and for it to go unnoticed until the child delivered the baby. I’m personally wondering where the parents were in all of this- and if charges will be pressed against any other individuals who may have either been involved, or who neglected to act when the child became pregnant.

My deepest apologies to amnesty shills everywhere for even bringing his status up. Hopefully it’ll turn out he’s a citizen so we can all breathe a sigh of relief and be comfortably outraged by the crime; otherwise this is destined to end up on “Geraldo At Large” as one of those segments in which our fearless host spends six of the seven minutes devoted to it explaining why immigration politics have absolutely, positively nothing whatsoever to do with the matter — even though in theory stronger enforcement would have kept this guy out of the country in the first place.
