Maine Democrats Assign “Trackers” to Harass Female Republican Senator

Imagine if your mother or sister was followed around wherever she went by strange men who described themselves as her “trackers” and filmed her wherever she went. Imagine that they were being funded by a group of people who were eager to embarrass and annoy your relative because they wanted to get her fired from her job and run her out of town. Would you call this acceptable behavior, or stalking?

The Maine Democratic Party seems to think the former. From Gateway Pundit:

Democrats are already harassing Republicans a year before elections!
And, their violent tactics continue from assaulting conservative speakers, to spitting on soldier amputees, to ambushing speakers on stage, to screaming at conservative speakers during public events, to strange protests at senate hearings.

Former Nazi Youth member Hilmar Von Campe compares this behavior by democrats to the former storm troopers in Nazi Germany who would shut up the opposition.

Now the Maine Democratic Party is stalking Republican Senator Susan Collins a year and months before the election.
The stalker posted his video at the Maine Democratic YouTube page

The video he mentions is this creepy clip of an out of work reporter named Rick Redman who seems to have a history with the woman being stalked, Senator Susan M. Collins, as the first few minutes of the video make clear.

He also has a history of stalking, and you can find comments on left wing sites praising his work as a stalker on the Allen campaign. The “tracking” program is one residents of Maine have already noticed, and like anyone else gotten creeped out by. From Bangor Daily News:

Tracking is the campaign practice of filming an opponent to the greatest extent possible, making amply certain the opponent is aware of the filming. Nominally, tracking is used to gather information, but in reality, a camera stuck in the face of the opponent is a weapon to intimidate, harass and provoke that person into doing something foolish. Once accomplished, as fast as you can say “macaca,” the embarrassing film clip is sent, oh, everywhere in the universe.

Maine Democrats currently are using the tactic against Republican Sen. Susan Collins, whose chief of staff Monday asked the Tom Allen for Senate Campaign to cease. The campaign has refused. This is unwise, not only because it worsens the opportunity for Maine to hold a decent race between two strong candidates, but because it could backfire — Maine has a low tolerance for this kind of campaigning. As Democratic Rep. Mike Michaud said Monday of tracking, “Something like that, I don’t think Maine people will appreciate.”

He is correct, and they should not appreciate it because it does not reflect Maine values. It certainly doesn’t make for a fair election and, at the very least, it tramples on the privacy of Maine people who commonly approach elected officials with specific issues on which they need help. Those previously private conversations could now end up on YouTube if the tracker feels something unusual was said.

Democratic officials defend the tactic by arguing that everybody does it and that a form of tracking was used by the Baldacci campaign in 2006 against Republican Chandler Woodcock. Two things: Maine is not obliged to adopt egregious practices from other states, no matter how often national senatorial committees insist it does; and if the best campaigns can do is match the dismal 2006 gubernatorial race, they might as well pack it up now.

Before the use of tracking gets out of hand, the Allen and Collins campaigns should develop ground rules for the use of cameras by anyone associated with their campaigns. For instance, filming speeches, meetings, events where the candidate is offering policy or ideas, are all fair game as exercises in information gathering, as the Collins camp suggested. Using the camera to harass the candidate is not. (In the most recent case, Democratic Party worker Rick Redmond tracked Sen. Collins in a recent Stockton Springs parade, perhaps waiting for her to frown at the wrong time or sneeze inappropriately, but certainly not expecting a policy announcement in midparade.)

BDN is a center left publication which is trying to be politic in the criticism it heaps on the Democratic candidate Tom Allen, but the subtext is clear. Moderate and centrist Democrats are not yet sufficiently Kossified to accept this sort of unseemly behavior, and most are decent enough people to realize that a man following around a woman is an outrageous attempt at intimidation. What the Maine Dem’s would say if some conservative followed around Amanda Marcotte with a camera and described himself as her “tracker?”

The video is hosted at the Maine Democrats Youtube page and the Maine Democrats contact info is here. All decent Americans should let them know that this is unacceptable.

And surprise, the top link on the Maine Dem’s link page: DailyKos.

Bono Illustrates the White Liberals’ True Feelings about Minorities

Say Anything brings us this story which exposes the colonialist racism hidden behind the chronic do-gooderism of Bono’s much lauded activism for Africa. Bono was in attendance at a tech conference in Tanzania, where organizers hoped to show a different kind of Africa, one of stability and investment opportunities. Bono likes his Africa kneeling to Europeans and begging for sustenance, as his childish behavior shows. From Technology Review:

But the second, more interesting theme–echoed by every speaker–is that traditional aid and charity, whether distributed by nation-states or nongovernmental bodies, have failed. Andrew Mwenda, a Ugandan journalist and social worker, now a fellow at Stanford, made the case most strongly. He argued convincingly that 30 years of Western aid to Africa has achieved nothing at all. More, he said that the persistence of African poverty could be explained, in part, by aid. He explained that aid had convinced the brightest Africans to work for corrupt governments rather than as entrepreneurs, and it had “distorted the incentive structure.”

“What man or nation,” Mwenda asked, “has ever become rich by holding out a begging bowl?”

Far better, he said, is finding Westerners to invest in African entrepreneurs or businesses, which would create wealth. Mwenda, like other speakers, described at length the investment opportunities in Africa. (I half expected the pitch to be directly addressed to Doerr et al.)

This line of argument enraged Bono, however, who began heckling Mwenda.

“Bollocks!” he shouted. “That’s bullshit.”

Bono is a strong supporter of intelligently managed aid. When it came his turn to speak, he said that Ireland’s current prosperity is explained by government investment in its people, particularly education. He said that listening to Mwenda was like listening to an African Margaret Thatcher.

Oh, and everything you’ve heard about Bono’s height is entirely true: he really is remarkably short.

So Bono thinks it would be Bollocks to have African countries self reliant and unbeholden to White Europeans. Bono thinks it’s bullshit for Black Africans to have dignity, prosperity and the respect of the world by using investment to become part of the first world. Bono thinks Margret Thatcher, who created much of the wealth the English are now pissing away, is a horrible example for Africa to follow. Instead they should line up, tap dance and get their free hand outs.

Bono, like anyone who thinks U2 is punk (it’s not) is white trash. A rich P.O.S. who enjoys the feeling of power he gets when the head of a sovereign state comes to him and says “Please help me beg Europe for money to feed my people.” He doesn’t want those people to be able to feed themselves, he doesn’t want Africans to be equal to his precious White Ireland. He wants a continent of servile, downtrodden peons who are sexually abused by U.N. “peace keepers” and massacred by Arabized Jihadists. He wants a blood drenched starving Africa that sends envoy after envoy to his mansion to beg him to help them beg.

When an African declares he wants to be independent from Whites, that relying on the supposed largess of Whites is poor public policy, Bono goes on the attack. Why is that?

Because like all White liberals Bono’s a racist. he wants Blacks to depend on him because he doesn’t want Black Africans surpassing him. He wants them on their knees, with chains of aid binding them to his whims. He doesn’t care about Black Africans, he just wants them to have to care about him.

YearlyKos Mearsheimer Video Making the Rounds on White Nationalist Sites

A Kos favorite appealing to Jew hating anti-American traitors? he devil you say! Here’s the Vid in question:

It’s been found on the site of Irish hating klanner David Duke in this whining Jew haters rant about why he can’t get a good job (The Jews). It’s also referred to on some forums, who I’d rather not send more traffic to, but you get the idea.

So, birds of a feather or are Jew hating socialists and White Supremacists just right and we’re wrong?

White Guy Claims G.O.P. is Declaring War on “Brown People” by Defending Black People from Racist Murderers

The White guy in question is Firedoglake hanger on Pachacutec who is also a Huffpo poster. He cross posted his latest anti-Black screed on Yahoo. Read the whole thing to see the White betrayal of Blacks to Latino special interest in action.

In a nutshell, the very white Pachacutec claims that Newt Gingrich’s recent essay on the high cost of sanctuary city policies, an essay he wrote in response to the racist killing spree of an MS-13 affiliated illegal immigrant in Newark, is proof that the G.O.P. is targeting “brown people.” The victims of these particular “brown people” were all Black which was unsurprising given the well documented history of Blacks being targeted by Latino gangs. This does not concern parchutec, however.

Blacks I guess aren’t brown enough for him to bother caring about.
He’s more interested in proving he’s a friend to “brown people” even as rivers of African American blood pool around his ankles:

Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich said Tuesday he is “sickened” that President Bush and Congress went on vacation “while young Americans in our cities are massacred” by illegal immigrants.

Gingrich, who is considering a run for the White House, was referring to a recent crime in Newark, N.J., where three college students were murdered execution style in a school playground.

One of the suspects — Jose Lachira Carranza — is an illegal immigrant from Peru who was on bail on charges of raping a child when the murders occurred.

Gingrich said another suspect is an illegal immigrant from Nicaragua with a long record of arrests who was ordered deported in 1993 but never left.

However, The (Newark) Star Ledger reported Tuesday that the man — Rodolfo Godinez — obtained permanent legal residency in 2001.

The Newark Police Department did not return requests for comment.

Gingrich said that the “war here at home” against illegal immigrants is “even more deadly than the war in Iraq and Afghanistan.”

Let the pogroms begin good times roll! Maybe this will be part of Newt’s grand strategy to campaign on withdrawal from Iraq: bring the troops home to fight the insurgent immigrant menace at home. The rationalizations will no doubt be entertaining from the wingnut base, MalKKKin’s place and LGF as they attempt justify such Dhimmitude when anihilation at the hands of the Islamofascist horde has been their raison d’etre for six years now. Perhaps we’ll see a fracture in that fragile alliance between the hawkish Israel faction and those whose commitment to fighting global jihad is slightly less keen than their desire to keep from soiling their beautiful minds with the sound of espanol at the local Circuit City.

All of this is a lie, it was not one man, or even a couple who killed those kids, but a gang, MS-13. The ring leader was an illegal alien who had already raped a 5 year old girl (a brown person I think, but strangely Pachacutec doesn’t care about her) and should have been deported. That’s basically what Gingrich was saying in his essay, that this person shouldn’t have been here and if he wasn’t those kids would be alive.

Pachacutec is pandering to racists who murder Black children in gang initiations, who don’t want Blacks “infesting” their territory. But the G.O.P. are the racists, the people who care about the Black kids dying are the racists. Typical of a White liberal isn’t it, to pronounce from his gated community that this group of minorities rights are more important than the lives and well being of another.

Pachacutec is the epitome of the White liberals I so despise, willing to allow Black Americans to be victimized and exterminated if it makes him feel good and score points with a bigger voting block.

The left doesn’t care about Black people, just “brown people” who just happen to vote their way.

UPDATE: My comments on Huffpo are disappearing faster then I can post them! As did my petulant trackback to FDL. I guess I hit a nerve.

UPDATE: AllahPundit says Huffpo worse than DailyKos, and he’s pretty much right. Also Jane Hamsher lap dog TRex stopped by to tell me Pachacutec is “Chilean-American” thus a Latino, so he can’t be White.

The fact that there are in fact Caucasian Latinos (hence so much of the anti-Black racism and the alliance between the Mexican Mafia and the Aryan Brotherhood) doesn’t occur to a racist like TRex. As far as he’s concerned being of “Chilean-American” decent is on par with being a full blooded Mayan. Never mind that Latin American is the product of Latin people from Europe colonizing the continent, if you can work Latino into your resume somewhere, in TRex’s mind, you’re just like a Black guy, only better!

Also I was spelling this guys nerdy ‘net handle wrong. I was blind with rage! Is this another Black Power moment?

Ron Paul Campaign Reaches Out … to White Supremacists

More in my series on the real face of Ron Paul supporters. I’ve long said his conspiracy friendly version of Libertarianism was flavored with the warmed over anti-Semitic and racist quackery that re-emerged in the ’90’s as more and more inbred hillbillies and unmedicated schizophrenics gained access to software that made it simple to vomit forth their nonsense into cyberspace.

That in part explains the support for the “Ron Paul Revolution” by White Supremacist groups eager to use his gullible, paranoid followers to swell their ranks with more anti-American cranks. Far from disavowing these seditious traitors, rumor has it that Paul’s campaign is actively embracing them even sending out activist to contact the most loathsome of these groups.

Racist forums are awash in Paul supporters, whether this is a natural phenomenon or a campaign strategy remains to be seen. But the fact remains that members of the Stormfront forums and the VNN forums are not only actively campaigning for Paul, but driving traffic to his official sites in the hopes of raising money for him. From the Stormfront forum:

ronhitpiece1.JPG

I wonder how the webmasters for Paul’s official sites feel when they look at their daily stats and sees one of their referrers is a White supremacist group whose sole desire is the overthrow of the United States government? Since this link’s been up for a while we can assume it doesn’t really bother them at all.

More interesting is he response one angry neo Nazi gets when he decries support for Paul as support for the hated Republican party (the party that destroyed the confederates):

Whats that I see? A great white savior riding in on a white horse waving his hands and magically accomplishing EVERY OBJECTIVE in one fell stroke? Oop, no, I guess I was waxing delusional. No such candidate exists, nor would he ever be elected, short of some very serious patchwork measures that Ron Paul could introduce in the meantime.

Ron will fix the border and stop the demographic hemmorhage. Thats a PLUS. Ron would pull our troops out of Iraq and end the billions of dollars in military and financial aid we send Israel every year. THATS A PLUS. He’d also dissolve the IRS, hopefully in favor of a consumption tax. If that means we stop subsidizing minorities, thats also a PLUS. As a non-interventionist, we wouldn’t get involved in places like Yugoslavia or Sudan and we probably wouldn’t be sending monetary AID to the Africans. Thats a PLUS. He’d preserve American sovereignty, shut down the NAFTA superhighway plans, and block the plans for a North American Union. PLUS PLUS PLUS.

If anyone expects better than this from the current crop of political candidates who stand a shot at winning, then that person is dreaming, and quite honestly acting as BAGGAGE to the WN movement, because they’re stalling our progress. Is Ron WN? Who knows – his policies help us, and we need action on our issues NOW, not in 2040 when we’re trying to retake California with tanks.

Some of you need to stop looking at our problems like a friggin BOARDGAME that you’re not going to play unless someone sets you up for an easy checkmate. Commit to making some progress, even if its piecemeal, and stop dragging your feet.

For every day that goes by thousands of Mexicans cross our border and change this country for the worse, and each good candidate we fail to stand behind will have a lesser and lesser chance of winning as time goes on. We are on the edge of the knife people – we’re either going to buy ourselves a time-out to make a few babies and get our s*** together with Ron, or we’re going to go with the status quo and have 40 million Mexicans to consider next round. If we want a RESULT we are going to have to WORK for it given the political variables as they exist, not what we’d wish them to be. Normally I’m not this sharp, but it burns my *ss to think we’ve got people on a WN forum off all places stealing momentum from one of the best real-world opportunities that we’ve had in a long time.

I edited out the cute frowny face he ended with, because it would distract you from this guy saying very clearly that White nationalists, who are dreaming of a time when they can “retake” California with tanks (which they’ll get from their friend Hugo chavez), see Paul and his policies as not just benefiting them, but hopefully ushering in their violent revolution. There are more Stormfronters defending their man Paul in that thread here and here. So I guess all you Paul supporters are in good company

VNN forums, aside from being a place pro-Palestinian DailyKos users dredge up their propaganda videos is a virtual Ron Paul love fest, with an entire sub forum devoted to Ron Paul. Most of the threads are started by this Ron Paul fanatic, yet another adult who thinks it’s acceptable to have a MySpace page (pervert) and besmirch the good name of King Diamond by using one of his tunes on a page that includes this sissified introduction:

I wouldn’t say that I’m a health freak. But yeah, I’m a health freak. I eat only raw fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and legumes and I only smoke organic tobacco. I ride my bicycle everywhere and do one arm pushups and one legged squats. I wouldn’t say that I’m a self improvement freak. But yeah, I’m a self improvement freak. I watch videos and take notes on subjects such as hypnosis and neuro linguistic programming(NLP) to better understand myself and others, as well as to help others better understand who they are and who I am. I use subliminal messaging software to send affirmations to my subconscious. I do breathing exercises with a skin response/heartbeat rate biofeedback monitor called the “Lightstone” through “The Journey To Wild Divine” video game, practicing the heart breath (compassion based – breathe in for 5 seconds, breathe out for 5 seconds – stabilizes heartbeat rate and skin responsiveness), the yang breath (alertness based – vigorous breathing – raises heartbeat rate and skin responsiveness), and the yin breath (relaxation based – breath in for 7 seconds, breathe out for 7 seconds – lowers heartbeat rate and skin responsiveness). I practice the emotional freedom technique(EFT), a combination of acupressure and NLP that’s useful in many different contexts.

Hmmm. “Michael Mazzone” doesn’t sound like the kind of nice Moby listening metrosexual who would be hanging around a neo-Nazi forum. It’s almost like he’s unscrupulously posting on a Nazi forum to drum up support for his candidate even though he’d never attend a Nazi rally himself. You won’t catch a Fredhead doing that!

On the other hand I’ve posted before on the frilly pink dresses that are hidden under the Nazi costumes of these cretin, so maybe Mickey is a Nazi; a Ron Paul supporting, yoga practicing, MySpace cruising vegan Nazi.

But aren’t they all, David Duke, Alex Jones and every two bit anti-American crackpot is a Ron Paul supporter these days. And if that doesn’t say something about the man, well, I haven’t even posted about the furries yet…

There’s no group to crazy for Ron Paul’s organization to reach out to it seems, and there are unfortunately quite a few crazy enough to reach back.
