Montana Supreme Court Orders Judges to Lower Bail for Soulless Monster Who Boiled 5-Year-Old

The boy lived but was in the hospital for three months with 2nd and 3rd degree burns on 40% of his body. The scum that did this, Juan Miguel Vasquez, deserves to die for what he did to that poor child. Instead, the judiciary ruled that judges in the case must take into account his financial means when setting bail. Apparently being poor mitigates being a child torturer:

Bail for a Whitefish man accused of forcing his girlfriend’s 5-year-old child into a bathtub full of scalding water, severely burning the boy, has been reduced to $50,000.

Juan Miguel Vasquez, 28, previously had been required to post $120,000 bail before being released.

Following an order from the Montana Supreme Court, Flathead County District Court Judge Stewart E. Stadler took Vasquez’s financial situation into account during the hearing Thursday.

Vasquez’s father testified briefly about the limited financial resources he and his family could contribute.

Should he post bond, Vasquez must appear in front of a judge before being released.

At a previous bond reduction hearing, Vasquez — who has limited mobility from a serious back injury and has extensive family connections in Northwest Montana — testified he was not a flight risk.

I’m sure. Odds are he’ll either kill the victim or jump bail as soon as he’s out. A man that would scald a child like this is capable of anything and needs to be remanded:

The Whitefish Police Department responded to the boy’s Ramsey Avenue residence on Oct. 24, 2008 and discovered the severely burned boy.

The boy, who suffered second- and third-degree burns to more than 40 percent of his body, was treated for three months at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.

In interviews with a detective from the Seattle Police Department, the boy said that Vasquez put him in the bathtub of scalding water and then forced him to stay there, despite his screams.

According to court documents, a doctor and child-abuse expert at Harborview told investigators the pattern of burns on the boy’s body is consistent with forced immersion.

Vasquez is an animal. And unsurprisingly, the little prince’s crimes don’t end with torturing children:

Vasquez also is facing one count of fraudulently obtaining dangerous drugs, a felony.

He allegedly signed for three of his girlfriend’s prescriptions in her name at a Whitefish pharmacy while she was out of state at the hospital with her injured son.

Vasquez’s girlfriend told investigators she did not receive the prescriptions — which included painkillers and sleeping pills — and they were not found at their residence.

Am I wrong or does this mean he was stealing the boy’s painkillers? What kind of monster is this man?

Way to go, Montana. I’m glad the courts there are looking out for people like Vasquez, while not giving a crap about the financial burden the victims of his crime now have in medical bills, and if the victim’s mother is smart, firearms since she’s going to need some guns to protect her son from this animal when the Montana hug-a-thug-a-thon is over and Vasquez gets less time than it’ll take for the boy to recover. Maybe his bail will be higher when he murders the mother and her son?

Importing Violence: Decrease in Phoenix Crime Coincides with Decrease in Illegal Alien Population

Once again I point to Dr. Deborah Shurmin-Kauflin, author of Vulture: Profiling Sadistic Serial Killers, and her essay Importing Violence: The Danger of Immigration from Violent Cultures in which she points out that when we allow unassimilated immigrants to form their own communities that separate them from mainstream American views they will import views and practices that are acceptable in other countries but are understood to be morally wrong, and illegal here.

Of course many people claim that saying such a thing is nativist paranoia, but Latino gangs have imported their anti-Black racism into our cities with near genocidal results.

Sexual crimes against children are also something more acceptable in Latin American and Muslim cultures, and we have certainly seen an upswing in those, not that there’s an upswing in reports by a politically correct media. An 11-year-old running off with her 24-year-old “boyfriend” barely raises an eyebrow anymore as long as the girl is Latina. Illegals impregnating 10-year-olds is considered a topic that “distracts” from serious discussion of immigration policies. Video reports of the illegal alien who tried to kidnap a 9-year-old girl just weeks after trying to buy the girl from her mother are removed from YouTube because it offends people. Meanwhile our children suffer while we embrace some multicultural ideal.

Lesbians suffer at the hands of imported anti-gay misogyny. Transsexuals like Angie Zapata suffer at the hands of the imported “machismo” culture. Young Black men of promise are gunned down before they even enter their prime. And none of this is to be used, on pain of being called a racist, in a serious discussion of immigration policy. These are facts that the left doesn’t want you to consider in any debate about immigration, and worse, they say such anecdotal evidence is meaningless.

But here is another fact that supports the truth about the high cost of illegal immigration, one that cannot be denied because numbers don’t lie:

A marked drop in Phoenix-area crime coincides with the recession and a drop in the number of illegal immigrants in Arizona.

Phoenix has seen a 25 percent decline in the number of crimes during the first five months of 2009 compared to the same time period in 2007 when the economy began to slow. Violent crime in Phoenix is down 12 percent, according crime statistics from the Phoenix Police Department.

The Mesa Police Department reports a 19 percent decrease in total crimes for the first half of 2009 versus the first half of 2007, including a 10 percent drop in violent crime. Tempe has seen a 25 percent total drop.

At the same time, the state’s illegal immigrant population has decreased by as much as one-third thanks to the down U.S. economy, tougher enforcement polices by the federal government and Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, as well as the state’s employer sanctions law which goes after businesses who hire undocumented workers, said Steven Camarota, director of the Center for Immigration Studies.

CIS estimates Arizona’s illegal immigrant population has gone from 579,000 in 2007 to 388,000 this year — 191,000-person drop.

Camarota said enforcement was the initial reason for the drop in illegal immigration in Arizona, but now it’s more due to the lack of jobs for migrants entering the U.S. from Mexico.

Maybe wanting there to be less crime is racist too?

Importing Violence: Muslim Family Disowns 8-Year-Old Gang Rape Victim – in Arizona

Not that local Arizona reporter Corey Rangel would have you believe there’s anything wrong with this, as his report goes out of the way to minimize and excuse this disgusting event. He even goes so far as to “tweak” the Liberian Ambassador’s comments to make it seem like he’s not defending the 8-year-old victim. Observe the multicultural mindset in all its glory:

Of course that isn’t at all what the ambassador said. In Rangel’s softball report the ambassador says that in his native Liberia the victim would be embraced by both law enforcement and the family, implying that there is some other influence on them.

Liberia is a little under a quarter Muslim, and former President Charles Taylor allied himself with Islam to consolidate power. The Mandingo tribe is one of Liberia’s Muslim populations and Surprise! according to this AZ Central report the local population has enough Mandingo tribe members to support a social organization bearing their name:

Ali Keita, a Liberian refugee and president of the Arizona Mandingo Association, works with refugees to ease their integration into U.S. society. Keita said that Liberian families may question why sexual-assault victims were in a situation that left them open for attack but that the initial response likely stems from disappointment and frustration with the family’s circumstances.

I’m sure. What I find unsurprising is that “African Studies” teachers and people with Journalism degrees promote the racist view that blaming the victim of rape for her abuse is an African tradition which is of course untrue, all to avoid saying that the family are Muslims and that Islam does indeed blame women for their own rapes. Disgusting.

Rangel’s report says the father now wants the girl back, but that the boys “aren’t to blame” for the rape. If Arizona authorities give that poor girl back to him he’ll kill her for sure. Then we’ll get a bunch of articles about how Black people kill rape victims all the time from White reporters eager to please the sensibilities of Muslims.

Minneapolis Struggling with Rise of “Somali” Gangs

This report shows the problem not only with anti-assimilationist multiculturalism but with the mincing political correctness that makes it impossible to tell the truth about the danger of importing violent Muslims from war zones into our country and allowing them to ghettoize themselves. Somali American Muslims have already been found fighting the Jihad in Somalia, participating in hate crimes against non-Muslims and of course Denver cyanide terror suspect Saleman Abdirahman Dirie was a Somali Muslim from Canada who likely received financial and material support form the American Somali community.

Now this report from MyWay News shows that Somali gangs are out of control in Minneapolis and the police are basically powerless to stop it:

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) – Ahmednur Ali’s family fled the chaos and violence of their West African homeland Somalia in the 1990s, eventually making their way to Minnesota like thousands of their compatriots.

While many of the estimated 32,000 Somalis who settled in the state have struggled to adapt, Ali flourished, blazing a path to Minneapolis’ Augsburg College on a soccer scholarship by age 20. He studied political science and aspired to a political career modeled on President Barack Obama’s.

He was shot and killed last September outside a busy community center where he worked part-time as a youth counselor, and prosecutors said the 16-year-old accused of killing him was part of a gang.

Ali was one of seven Minneapolis-area Somali men killed over a 10-month period, and authorities believe all were killed by fellow Somalis. Police say it’s too simple to tie all the killings to Somali gangs, which have lured hundreds of young community members to their ranks in recent years.

Those in the insular community willing to speak out, however, disagree.

“It was all gang activity, totally, 100 percent,” said Shukri Adan, a former Somali community organizer who estimated in a 2007 report for the city that between 400 and 500 young Somalis were active in gangs. “The police don’t want to say that but everybody else knows that.”

Despite anger and despair over the killings in Minnesota’s Somali community – the nation’s largest – police and prosecutors have struggled to catch and try the killers. Few witnesses have stepped forward because of a fear of reprisal and deep-rooted distrust of authority. More than half of Minnesota’s Somalis are living in poverty, according to state statistics, and many complain that authorities are biased against Somalis because of their Islamic faith.

Last month, prosecutors dropped the murder charge against the teenage boy in Ali’s case after one witness backed out and another apparently fled the state.

Gangs like the Somali Hot Boyz, the Somali Mafia and Madhibaan with Attitude have grown more active in recent years, said Jeanine Brudenell, the Minneapolis Police Department’s Somali liaison officer.

This coddling of Somali Muslim sensibilities is in part the reason their community is so easily overrun by gangs. I will bet you that part of the problem in Minneapolis is tension between hardliner Muslims and semi-modern gang members vying for control of the community. A community which has either imported or developed a “no snitchin'” mentality that has turned them into a population of sheep preyed on by wolves from their own community.

Almost two years ago I blogged about the rape committed by Somali immigrant Rage Ibrahim who brutally violated a Somali woman in a apartment complex hallway monitored by video camera. The tape shows that at least ten of the woman’s fellow immigrants opened their doors, saw what happened and did nothing. The Somali Justice Center, a hotbed of radical Islam, claimed Rage was innocent even though he was on tape raping a woman.

More recently I blogged about video surfacing of Somali children throwing rocks at and harassing a gay man on a Minnesota street in broad daylight:

Clearly there is more wrong in the Somali community than a few hundred gang members. But don’t expect to read that in any news report.

MS-13: If You Wear Red in San Fransisco We Will Kill You

And they apparently mean it:

(07-09) 13:44 PDT DALY CITY — Two suspected members of the MS-13 gang have been arrested and a third is being sought in the Daly City slaying of a 21-year-old college student who was shot because his friends were wearing red – a color claimed by a rival gang – police said Thursday.

One of Moises Frias Jr.’s companions was wearing a red sweater, and another a red-and-white San Francisco 49ers cap, when their car was riddled with bullets near the Daly City BART Station on Feb. 19. Frias died before he could reach the hospital, and two of the other three young men in the car were wounded.

None of the victims had anything to do with gangs, investigators said.

“That’s very stupid thinking,” Moises Frias Sr. said after learning of the arrests. “They’re going to shoot him just because of that? Why don’t they just kill each other?”

The father said he would ask San Mateo County prosecutors to seek the death penalty in the killing, which he said devastated his family and made him fear for the safety of his surviving 18-year-old son and 13-year-old daughter.

“I would never expect something like this to happen in my life,” he said. “These guys, they destroyed my life, me and family, for nothing.”

Daly City police Detective Gregg Oglesby noted that Frias’ shooting was strikingly similar to the June 2008 killing of a San Francisco father, Tony Bologna, and his two sons in the Excelsior neighborhood. Prosecutors say another member of MS-13 – a subset of the Sureño gang, which claims the color blue – opened fire after mistaking one of the sons for a member of the rival Norteños, who claim red.

You may remember the Tony Bologna murders in which illegal alien Edwin Ramos shot dead Bologna and his two sons in a horrific incident made all the worse by the fact that Ramos was a frequent flier in the justice system who managed to avoid deportation even though he had a clear history of violence against both African-Americans and other Latinos. The widow of Bologna blamed Gavin Newsom’s 2007 directive to local cops not to give immigration status information to feds.

Now that case may also involve mistaken identity, and an imported culture of random violence left to fester by anti-assimilationist ghettoization policies that maintain immigrant populations as a permanent underclass. This has led to a targeting of African-Americans by Latino gang bangers as police and authorities cede control of immigrant areas, and now even wearing the “wrong” color can get you killed.

That sound you hear is civilization collapsing.
